I have been a loyal customer of FatFace in Shrewsbury for years and after the service I received from Dan on Saturday I won’t be returning!, I returned a sweatshirt and my receipt had been emailed to me when I purchased it the previous Saturday, the internet in the town centre is shocking, I was ordered by Dan to go outside and walk around until I got signal, so rudely, I tried this still didn’t work, I then asked for the Manager who apologised and refunded my purchase, also a top I had seen online was cheaper than in store, Dan advised well that’s the price, he put it through the till and it came up at the reduced price!, no apology. I would recommend that Dan had a non customer contact role?, as I won’t be shopping in store if he’s working.

Shrewsbury Fatface - a personal shopper experience.
I have just come home from Fatface in Shrewsbury where I had a truly fabulous shopping experience!
Glenda was so helpful in looking at my choices for a summer party and without being pushy in any way, suggested ideas I wouldn’t have considered (one of which I bought!). She was sensitive to my concerns about what suited me and honest about what didn’t work. It was just like having a personal shopper and now I’m home and have tried my dress with my own accessories I’m even more thrilled, but love knowing it would have been easy to return. I had great personal service from both Glenda and Emma in the store today and was very pleased with the two items I purchased. I often call into the store when I am in Shrewsbury and always find the staff friendly and helpful.

Top Class Customer Service
I recently had to return an item which did not fit quite properly. I returned the item through the Fatface store in Shrewsbury. I was delighted by how helpful the staff were and how quickly my refund was made. And it even included the cost of the postage! Brilliant customer service. Thank you.

Cannot fault it
The staff were friendly and helpful. I have collected online orders from there before and it was easy to do so. I found the returns process (for a loose-fitting item) easy and the staff were good about it.

I hadn’t been sent a code to scan so although my parcel was there in front of me, it took a quarter of an hour for the assistant to process it through the till. I had my order number and the email showing I’d pay but still had to provide numerous details and hand my phone to the assistant to confirm what I was saying and the detail shown.
