Disabled friendly
I ordered some clothes to be picked up in store, I am disabled and use a mobility scooter and the young man who served me couldn’t be more helpful. He offered to bring out a ramp if I wanted to have a look around and when I said I didn’t he brought everything out to me so I didn’t have to struggle, he made me feel very comfortable.

Went in to the shop today
Went in to the shop today. Lovely woman but cant say the same about the man. I have a blue light card but it wont load in the shop. He wouldn't help or use my id card instead. Wouldn't recommend

Great staff
The staff in the Lytham store were so helpful. I collected an online order, tried on the jeans (wrong fit for me). They suggested an alternative style and they were perfect. I got a top in store too. Easy to order, pick up, try on and return. Top marks, Lytham store

Fab clothes! Excellent staff!
I haven’t been in Fat Face for years, but the clothes were beautiful and I ended up spending a fair bit!! Jane was so helpful, she ordered me an item online in a different size, which I can pick up tomorrow… Definitely will be a regular shopper here!
