Beautiful quality garments and friendly staff
Beautiful quality garments as usual from the brand. Items were shipped for free very quickly and arrived within 2 days. I had to go to store to return one as I bought 2 sizes of a dress as I wasn’t sure of the fitting, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The shop was very clean and easy to get to.

Ordered online as can't always find…
Ordered online as can't always find sale items in my size in-store. Was able to try things on and return the ones that didn't fit in-store which was great and got a hassle free refund. Love Fat Face clothes and even better when bought at a discount!

Great customer service!
I bought this gorgeous dress today which I had my eyes on for a while, I was so happy as it had a sale and ended up paying just £30 instead of £56 for it bargain!
The Staff was genuinely very friendly and very helpful, especially the lady that help me trying to find another one of their dresses online that wasn’t available in size 10 in their store, sadly they were all sold out online too but she did try to sort it out for me so thank-you again! And if you read this you’ll know who you are! 😊

The friendliest staff around!
Every time I pop into the Farnham store, it's a delight! It doesn't matter if I'm just browsing or buying in bulk, all of the staff members in there are attentive, patient and not pushy -- the latter of which tends to happen in other high end clothing stores/always puts me off return visits.

Great service, nice clothes
I ordered several items, keeping most, and returning the ones that didn't work is easy. I'm happy with the service, quality and style of the clothes. I've ordered before and always been good. I stop in the shops at London Bridge and King's Cross to see the materials but mostly order online. The dungarees are my favourite. Tops are really nice too.

I placed an order online and paid by PayPal. When I returned the item to the shop for a refund I was told they couldn’t refund me as items paid by PayPal had to be returned by post! Fatface is the only store I know that do this, so I wasn’t very happy as now I have no idea when I will receive my refund. This should be made a lot clearer on checking out.

Lovely staff very polite and friendly..I returned an item which was not suitable and there was no questions, some places make you feel awkward when returning but the young lady was very nice, I then purchased some jewellery they have a great selection of jewellery always find something nice in here.

Brilliant customer service in a small store.
The customer service is brilliant, the people working in the store are polite, friendly and helpful. It's a small store with a limited range so, most of my purchases are made online. FatFace sizing seems to be all over the place at the moment. I used to be a size 10 now sometimes I am an 8 or a 6! Therefore I use the store mainly to return items.
