I felt like I had a 'personal Shopper' she was so kind with her time and efforts to help me. I went in to look a the half zip…
I went in to look a the half zip fleece. There was only one and not in my size. The quality was lovely and I really liked it. The staff member advised me on which size, I ordered it in the shop and got it delivered a few days later. The staff were patient and helpful. Delighted with my new fleece.

Great Service
Bought some things online . Some fitted/ some didnt. Returned them to the shop-- Agh had paid with Paypal so had to post !. The people in the shop could not have been more helpful- parceled up my returns for me and gave me a label. It was a completely painless experience. Great customer care. Thank you

I ordered online
I ordered online, and when the items arrived, I was delighted with one pair of the pyjama bottoms, but not the other( too lightweight) Fat face made it so easy to return and they gave me the choice to return them to a fat face shop. While in the shop I found the pair of pyjama bottoms I wanted in my size and the staff were very helpful.

Order arrived quickly. Unfortunately it had to be returned and I was impressed that he return label was already provided ad sometimes companys require customers to print off their own little which is a problem fir me.

Order came quickly
Order came quickly. Site said boots were a large fit so I ordered a size down. Unfortunately they were still too big. I returned them to my local store and the assistant was very helpful and pleasant. The staff are always friendly and helpful in the Belfast store. Like the range and quality of products.
