5 COLD CALLS IN TWO WEEKS. I explain I appreciate the call but dont need any services. But they keep calling, says much about their business practice.

Akraam was very knowledge about website optimisation and my conversation with him proved quite eye opening.

Constant cold calls. Have asked them about 30 times to stop calling me.

Keep phoning up when I have already told them we do not need their services. Do they think we have time to answer thier unsolicited call. POOR SHOW!

This company does not stop cold calling me. I ask them politely every time to stop calling and get told I will have my number removed but they call again from a different number. Always Indian call centre. Driving me mad.

Broke down the technical terms for me to understand the process

I do not recommend at all.
No attention to detail, no SEO optimisation as promised, nothing.
Even after reviewing the website so many times and getting them to correct so many things that they should've spotted on their own, there is still spelling mistakes and tools promised and not added. I gave up I have to find someone else to continue the job. Never ever again.

Whilst I'm still in the early stages of the negotiations with Fast Ranking, I can certainly say that the experience has been fantastic so far. Akram is incredibly knowledgeable and presented the information in such a way which made it easy to digest the technical terms. Again, whilst I can't at this stage comment on the company in terms of a final product / service, (that would be many months off), I can say that Akram has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

If this is a company supposedly selling web ranking to help promote people's businesses, why do they rely on cold calling / nuisance phone calls to promote their own business?

This company operated like no other SEO team I've worked with. They would ALL get on a call with me and listen in to what needed doing so that communication was seamless and they were PROACTIVE in the work that they did for me, often checking in to see if there was anything else that I needed. Quick to act and methodical in their approach, thank you team!
