Nice and shiny platform but as soon as you want to get your money back the headache starts. Already waiting for over 3 months for the first pay out.

Every time you request a pay out they say it will be within 2 weeks but so far nothing hapened.

Stay away from this scam

I understand the struggles of the P2P platform during Covid19 but is unacceptable to have withdrawals since February 2021 and no payment has been done by the platform yet.

No customer service. All lines and chat are closed! Still waiting for my money to be deposited and answer to my inquiries.

If fastinvest is reading this, I will redraw my review if you contact me.

FastInvest not paying, run away!

I have a pending withdrawl from April (8 months ago), another from May (7 months ago), another from June (6 months ago), another from August (4 months ago) and another from September (3 months ago).

Any doubts that Fastinvest its not gonna pay anymore? The website its only up so more people can deposit more money to this SCAM.

They don't give your money back and only give you excuses.

I started in early 2020 with this platform, against some voices in the community. Unfortunately they were proven to be right.

I sold all my loans on their marketplace, have only free balance remaining (apart from withdrawals that were initiated in 12/2020...) and requested closure of my account, transferring all funds to my bank account. Apart from 2-3 emails nothing happened. So, if you invest here take into account that your money will not be returned.

I will not invest again because Fastinvest hasn’t processed my payout request from 2020. This is very sad, especially because they have processed requests from fellow member of the p2p community on Facebook, which are dated to 2021. This makes me very angry! Ask I have several requests in 2021 which have also not being processed.

Impossible to get your invested funds out again. The ID verification system is impossible to get through, making it impossible to retrieve your funds.

Tried it 6 times, my id is denied every single time. Nice scam.

I have been waiting for payouts a few months now, starts to feel like a scam. Payouts are also limited after the start of COVID.

I recommend to invest elsewhere, at least until they get everything sorted and removes the payout limit.

People, do NOT invest with FastInvest. You will never get your money back.

I have an available balance of €566.97 BUT I can only €28.35. You CAN NOT even withdraw the invested money and this looks like a Ponzi.

The reason: FAST INVEST manages the resources by operating safety tools to ensure stable balance operations. Due to fluctuations in the market, selected measures might be introduced temporarily to ensure stability. Because of instability in the market due to the COVID-19 pandemic, temporal withdrawal limits were set by the specific criteria which include loan duration and payable proportion of repayment each month. The payout limit is set calculating overall portfolio averages; therefore, it is not a fixed amount and depends on your portfolio. Please read more in Web Page Regulation document clause 5.12.

Even if I am trying to withdraw that amount imposed by these scammers I have to pay €1.5 for each transaction. Even if you accept this version of FastInvest, you will never receive the money as you can see in the other reviews.

So, they are using your money to make money for them. You will lose!

I will complain to this company to all the authorities who are able to limit this SCAM and I will write this review wherever possible because I have no hope of recovering my money, but at least I know that the scam will be known by all.

I made a few withrawn but I don't received it after 3-4 months. I need the money but I don't received it.

Big Problems

I have made several withdraws since december 2020.
I haven't got any of those withdraws and I'm really frustrated with the situation because I need the money somewhere else. I want an answer when I get my money. I don't trust Fast Invest anymore because I've only received empty promises to return the money.

Previously fast invest was, in my opinion, the best peer-to-peer loan service, but not anymore.

I'll exchange my reviews as soon as I get even some of my moneys.

I am an investor at this platform for more than an year. Four months ago, I decided to withdraw some money from it and discovered that could only request about 3% of my available money per month. This was chocking and after complaining, FastInvest told me it is in the Contract bla bla bla...

Later on, after four monthly requests to withdraw the ridiculous 3% each month... none of them has been completed yet. Once complaining through their digital channels, always the same excuse of "please be patience"

Now I decided to remove all my money from this untrustful platform as it is a complete scam when you can deposit... have a "virtual money" but cannot withdraw your funds.

Open your eyes before trusting your money to this Investment company. If you want to invest at P2P, I'm sure there are plenty of better options than this scam company.

Por favor no pongais un solo euro en la plataforma FASTINVEST.

Estoy intentado retirar el dinero y no hay forma. Lo tienen limitado y solo me dejar solicitar retirar 59 euros. Empece a retirar dinero el 19 de agosto y todavia no me ha llegado, casi tres meses y no he visto un duro. Y ahi se van acomulando las ordener de retirar 59 euros, ya ha tres en espera y sin saber nada.

Creo que para cuando transfieran el dinero, estare ya muerto.

Que sinverguenzas. Muevete a Mintos, empresa mucho mas serie, sin excusas de pandemia ni nada y dispones del dinero en el momento.

Fastinvest son unos ladrones, no seais tontos, ni penseis en invertir con esta plataforma P2P, parece un timo piramidal. Yo ya voy a iniciar temas legales para denunciarles y que me devuelvan el dinero.

Ya que no me devuelven el dinero, voy a dejar a todo el mundo saber que no deberian invertir con ellos. Mis redes sociales y las de mis amigos influences van a ecahr chispas. A mi no me devuelven el dinero pero les voy a hundir en la miseria.

Escribi ayer un mail a mail de soporte y acabo de recibir respuesta.

Mi retirada de dinero de algo mas de 50 euros que realice en Agosto 2021 sera pagada en Q1-Q2 2022 !!!! Increible, un año para pagarme 50 euros. Si tengo unos 1000 euros invertidos eso significa que a lo mejor los consigo antes de morir, con un poco de suerte. Y me dicen que me pagan un 0,01% por el retraso, increible, que buenos son estos chicos. Lo gracioso de todo es que me ofrecen como alternativa volver a invertir el dinero en sus prestamos p2p, jajajajajajajajaja, Estan locos.
Por favor, no volvais a invertir ni un duro con esta gente, son ladrones y se creen que somos tontos.

Mas abajo os pongo la clausula 5.12 a la que nos refieren siempre, son las clausulas abusivas que usan para protegerse y quedarse con nuestro dinero.

Os recomiendo pedir cancelacion de cuenta con FastInvest, clausula 13.5

5.12. The Assignor is entitled to transfer funds from the Assignee’s account to the Assignor’s bank account to ensure completion of the Agreement, the Assignment Agreement or any other actions related to the latter.

5.12.1 In the event that the Assignor is late to transfer funds to the Assignee’s bank account, Assignor is charged with the 0,01 % late payment interests for each day of delay. The Assignor reserves the right at any time without the consent of the Assignee
to amend the rate of the late payment interests.

5.12.2 When applying for a payout, the Assignee will be able to request for a limited number of unit payments and a limited amount of funds. Limits will be set on the first week of each calendar month. Each calendar month, the Assignor will set specific limits defining how many units the Assignee will be able to make in a given month and what percentage of the total Account value the Assignee will be able to request for payout.
The total Account value is being calculated summarizing funds from Available, Reserved and Invested funds sections, available at Assignee’s (Client’s) account statement.

5.12.3. Without the consent of the Assignee and any form (oral or written) of prior notice the Assignor is entitled to define the limit for number of unit payouts and a limit for amount of funds that could be processed during the exact month. Setting a new
limit each month will not mean changing the terms of the Agreement. These limits will be indicated on the Payout Page of the FAST INVEST User’s virtual account. Limit for the Payout amount will be indicated in the nominal value. In case the Assignee or
User will not be able to access virtual account, or will apply for payout other form than through the payout page, this will not cancel the payout limits set forth in this paragraphs.

Fast Invest is not returning investors funds. I am still waiting for payouts requested in December 2020! I have no invested funds but am still unable to close my account and withdraw my money. Strongly discourage anyone from investing sadly.

Update 14.12.2021
From reading reviews here it is clear that payouts are not being made chronologically. I, along with others are waiting for payouts from December 2020, whereas others claim to be made after a few months. Fast Invest is not responding to emails in a timely manner, and chat support has disappeared.

Requested my account closure and the full transfer of my uninvested amounts within 30 days as per their customer agreement 4 months ago.
No response nor action from their side, my money is still locked there, in what seems to be a scam from the beginning

I signed up 1.5 years ago, did some investments and decided to withdraw my money. Now, 1 year later, still waiting for it. There is no response to emails from their customer service at all. I don't see any other choice than initiating a class action against them.

Update Nov. 10th. After my post here I received an answer to my emails. Really, it’s ridiculous. They inform me that I have to be patient for another 3 quarters to be able to transfer my money to my bank account 🤯. After waiting for 1 year now they want me to wait for another one. Why if this is not a scam?

CAUTION!!!READ CAREFULLY!!! DO NOT INVEST IN IT!!! SCAM!!! THEY WILL TELL YOU TO REINVEST TO WITHDRAW YOUR MONEY, SO VICIOUS CIRCLE STOP EVERYTHING AND DO NOT CONTINUE!!!

I am already waiting since January 2021 on multiple payouts. I am not receiving any updates on these payouts while they should have been already completed ages ago. Furthermore, I can only request payouts of a maximum amount of ~45€/month, you can't request more... This is no service.

Please Fastinvest, fix this quickly.
