I tried using FastInvest because it seemed like a straightforward platform, but as soon as I made a withdrawal request, everything started to move slowly. Despite several emails, it took far longer than anticipated. Support continued to provide generic responses without providing a clear timeframe. I would not try it again because, all in all, it was a stressful experience.

Does not pay. I have try a few years to get my money back but never got it. Also support does not response. Bad company. Scammers

Since corona 2020 nothing hear anymore from this company.
Almost 5 years no repayment or something contact.
My amount is in debt collection, website is live.
No one answer or update.

I’ve been trying to get a payout from [Lending Company Name], but the verification process has been a complete nightmare. It’s been months now, and despite numerous follow-ups, there has been no progress in finalizing my verification. Without this step, I can’t access the payout I’m entitled to.

The lack of communication and updates from their side has made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I expected better service, and this delay is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before using their services.

SCAM!!! Unfortunately, like many others, I did not do enough research about FastInvest.com here on Trustpilot. FastInvest is a scam. 100%!

Unfortunately, I invested 30,000 four years ago, and never — and I mean NEVER — received a single cent back.
At first I heard from their customer service, but now there is no response at all. Nothing. Zero.

Their first excuse was that their borrowers were unwilling to repay, and then suddenly — and very conveniently — the war in Ukraine became the reason they could not pay out interest or make any payments whatsoever.
My more than 30,000 is lost.

SO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I am extremely disappointed with Fastinvest and feel compelled to warn others. This site is a complete scam. I have tried multiple times to contact their customer support, but I have received no response.
Not only do they fail to provide any returns on investments, but they also refuse to let you withdraw your money. I have been trying to get my funds back, but every attempt has been blocked or ignored.
I strongly urge everyone to avoid using Fastinvest. They do not return your money and provide no gains whatsoever. Save yourself the stress and frustration—stay away from this site!

About 6 years ago i put about €600 on my fastinvest account, after a few months wanted to withdraw money and it wasnt possible.
I had to verify all kinds of personal documents which you dont need to verify on any other websites, a big hassle so i left it in the hope that after some time it would be fixed.

I just logged into my account and my wallet is empty.

End of story: BIG SCAM DO NOT INVEST

FAST INVEST DON'T PAYOUT

I requested a payout 4 YEARS AGO. 4 YEARS, and I haven't received anything. Already sent a bunch of messages in their support channel and I received nothing as well.

This company is a scam

Like some of you who left a comment, I too was taken in by the Fast Invest adventure.
I started investing in January 2021 and I must say that the return on investment was more than conclusive.
Then I wanted to test the withdrawal to make sure everything was OK to continue, and that's when the trouble started. At the time of registration, there were no particular rules, but a few months later, it was impossible to make a full withdrawal of the sums available for investment. We had to proceed in increments of around €40. Which is what I did every month.
I contacted Fast Invest several times at the end of 2021 and the answer was always that they were in difficulty but that the money would be paid out. On 29/10/2023, they closed all withdrawal requests with the reason "return to account". On my account, I can see them in the debts category.
A word of advice: just get out, it's not worth it.

I have been requesting my money back for four years now, and I have never seen a penny. It's a scam! Avoid it thoroughly.

Complete scam. Massive delays and frustration trying to withdraw money since 2020. While I managed to get about 80% of my funds back (with additional made up fees), there has been zero movement or information from Fast Invest since early 2021 in trying to return the last 20% of my funds. Logging in now and my funds are no longer "awaiting withdrawal", but "Returned to Balance" and the withdrawal function on the website now disabled.

I have been contacting this company by email for over a year trying to get my money back and all they said is that they have sent my request to the financial department for a payout and that I have to wait.
IT HAS PASSED MORE THAN ONE YEAR!

Theft in a day light, I have sent them €300 just to test the process, and even when this money have never been lent to any 3rd party, I cannot withdraw them for over 2 years. I am just sendin them reminders, for which I hardly ever get a response

SCAM ALERT! Total SCAM! You can't get your money back. The platform does not load the pages and the necessary fields and no matter how many times you upload passport and documents they will still not "Verify". Don't invest as much as one cent into this company please. Keep your money.

Pure SCAM. Don't even invest a single coin there. Two years ago I requested a final withdrawal of €180 and I'm still waiting for the money.

Requested payout since 18 july 2023, because I don't trust this platform anymore.
on verification process, but no one on support respond (maybe the department has no one).
I maybe need to report this to the authorities, as they retained my money, and looking other reviews it seems a scam.

I'm still waiting for my payout requested in Jan/2021. It's over 2 years late and they are NOT replying to my emails anymore.

Waiting my payouts since October 2021, the company owe me more than 11k euros.

Some loans that were on sale, already expired long time ago but looks like frozen in the system. Website is of course working but operational part not really.

To be honest I think to report to authorities.
