Just started a legal action against this fraudulent platform.

Future investors, please consider the fallowing red flags:
1. Withdraws pending since beginning of 2021
2. On monthly basis, only a small percentage of the money available in the account can be requested for withdraws
3. It is possible to reinvest money on the account, the same money Fastinvest can't pay out
4. Part of the money is locked under condition 'Pending payment from Loan Originator', but there is no clarity in this situation and it is not know when loan originators will return the funds
5. Unresponsive customer support
6. Fastinvest can change the user agreement as they wish

I started with withdrawal process more than a year ago. The platform don't allow you to withdraw more than 26€ per month. And even this small amount was never seen on my bank account.

Have a payout request from 2020 dec that has not been honered!

Most probably SCAM!

Since 27 sep 2021 I try to get back my money. First, they limited your money to a small amount. Secondly, you are only allowed to do so once in a month.

And now, it is not possible anymore to request your payout since they are not sending the required SMS Code for finalization.

My money is not invested since 23.09.2021 and has been fully paid back of every debitor.

Complete Fraud

I've done several reviews to FI already, one every 3/4 months of no payouts. If you seek a P2P platform and you're looking at FI, be aware that is faster and less dilusional to throw money directly to the garbage. At this time, I bet the admins are all travelling and having a nice vacations with the investors money.

A lesson learned.

They stole your money. Scammers.

It's been 9 months since I requested a money withdraw and I still haven't received my money. I requested my account to be closed and my money transferred back to my bank account in Dec 2021. It's been 3 months and the support team and "Thomas" (no surname) did not complete the money withdraw yet.
I tried contacting Simona Vaitkune via Twitter, LinkedIn but no success either. They're ghosting me and this is no good. The Circlewise team announced they will remove them from the affiliates platform so this is a pretty bad sign. Still waiting for a solution.

Scam. Won't let you withdraw money.

Sorry because Trustpilot force me to give you a star if it was after me i dont give you nothing. Only thief in this company i hope with my money you both a mercedes and your wife/husband run away with the car. More than one year i waiting for my money. Declare the bankrupt because you already dont exist anymore.

They do not answear at all, they take your money and you will never see them again.

Impossible to get money back since more than a year.
I'm waiting since 08.02.2021 for a 20EUR payout but never got my money back.
Also not possible to withdraw all your money in one payout, for me it's says that I can withdraw maximum 20EUR per Month meaning it will take me several years in case I would want to withdraw all the money invested.
In case I would get money back I will update this review

They don't give my money back and only give me excuses. SCAM!!!

Fast Invest - it is a fraud!! SCAM!!! The worst service I've ever seen.
You'll see on this page lots of people with similar complaints:
Withdrawals not processed;
Support on telephone never works - No matter how persistent and lucky you are, it NEVER gets through.
Emails not replied - When you finally get a reply from their trainees, it comes using stupid templates blaming the "panic in the world" and "lots of withdrawals to process".
Do yourself a favour and don't waist your time and money in this company.

I have tried and tried to withdraw money for several weeks. First it took many attemps for them to accept my documentation and now I cannot tap in the value to deduct at their homepage. And "suddently" the person I have discussed with about the documentation, has now closed the email account!!

Dont trust this company.

Unfortunately, it looked professionally, but all they are doing is to get your money in and then run away! I have now lost the option to get a new flat, because I could not get my money out to pay for deposit.

Been over a year and a bit now and still had no money returned to me.
The police have been informed and are investigating Fast Invest. Plus also found out they have court orders from other clients that haven't had their money sent back.

I have 9 pending withdrawal requests so far ... the oldest is JANUARY 2021, and still I do not see my money back. Incredibly , FASTINVEST still asks for patience. Please I need my money back. To ALL investors: please be aware , this can happen.

You haven't respond to any of my emails since October 2021. I had belief in your company but it's slowly changing. Like other people here I have been waiting for few withdrawals for a good half a year now. You should at least stay in touch with your old customers as we are the ones that are giving you bad feedback. I really hope that you will get out of those financial difficulties and get back customers trust. Act profesional and at least respond to my/our emails. You should be able to check my customer ID throw trustpilot.

Absolute scam! Been waiting for MONTHS for a payout... don't invest, because you won't get your money back!!!
