My experience: price guarantee not applied and coupon failure
In October 2025 I purchased two Spider Farmer G1500 units. A key reason was the published “Best Price & Money Security Guaranty.” Within seven days I found and documented a lower comparable total at a Swedish retailer (SEK 1,535, free shipping over SEK 1,000), attaching the product link and screenshots. I also reported that the “Save5%” coupon failed at checkout.
Outcome: I received a reply but no price adjustment or retroactive coupon. In my view, the store’s price-match messaging did not align with my actual customer experience. I will not return as a customer, except for potential warranty handling on the items already bought.
