I had a fast delivery and communication was quick, most of the time I didn't even have to message them, they messaged me, the only thing I could recommend is sending the shoe in the correct box that the shoe style must be in, other than that everything was perfect, one thing I would recommend is when a shoe is out of stock it must be updated accordingly, because I ordered a shoe and paid although I was notified immediately the in about 2 - 3 days I can pick another shoe and they even gave me a bit extra on my tab on their behalf for the mistake, but regardless I got everything I wanted and in like 1 - 2 days after purchasing, 10/10 for service to be honest.

The Jordan’s I got my daughter were fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥so glad I didn’t let the negative comments online deter me and make me block my own blessings!!!! Crazzzy sauce this is definitely my new sneaker plug recommending to everybody!!!!!!

They delivered fake Nike dunk low sneakers. When I ask for return and refund they said I should pay R199 courier fee, while they return and refund policy says clients will not pay for return. Their sneakers also have glues to show their fake.😡😡

they had to collect a extra pair shoes that was cancelled direct after placing the order ,after numerous mails and whatts up ,know 5 weeks later still not collected

If there were zero stars i would give them zero. I am forced to take them to the consumer ombudsman for their refusal to refund me AND for charging me return shipping when it clearly status on their website that they do not charge return shipping. Absolutely shocking behaviour.
