I've opened a criminal case against this business for selling COUNTERFEIT goods. I bought 4 pairs of shoes from their website, all advertised as original products, I returned them the very same day I received them and had them vetted at original supplier stores. The seller DOES NOT RESPOND, is unprofessional, ARROGANT, and refuses to refund. Based on previous reviews I hope all other SCAMMED customers get their justice.

Do not buy anything from them they sell fake products" i both 2 pairs of Nike air force 1 and they both fake ... And it too almost 2 months to be delivered also they customer service is very rude

My experience was Extremely bad with this company even from this day u haven't received what I ordered, when you call them they don't answer the phone , they take forever to respond to your watsup. So am really not happy with them .

i ordered 2 sneakers on Tue 30 Sept, 18:38 and on the 1st i canceled the order and requested a refund and they said it will take up to 15 days "

15 days went passed (23/Oct/2025 )when i reached out to them the said ( Your refund will be logged tomorrow, October 24, 2025 ) on Tuesday 28/Oct/2025 i then asked that they proceed with the delivery of my order since the refund if failing

Today is 04/Nov/2025 and i still haven't received anything but stories and stories

The customer service on WhatsApp is actually quite rude. I had to remind them that I'm a paying customer and do not expect to be disrespected.

The sneakers I ordered arrived late. The quality looks good, apart from the left one that had a huge dent on the toe end. It disfigured the sneaker so much so that I had to stuff it full of paper and leave it ther for a week. Fortunately that worked.

I will not be ordering from them again. I did not enjoy the experience.

I bought 2 sneakers and deliver was fast
However one pair sneaker had a string sticking out form the sole didnt wanna inconvenience anyone and kept the shoe as is, however right now one sneakers stvhea shot lose so basically the shoe is not wearable anymore. It was my fist time buy from you'll and the experience is extremely bad as I have 3 pairs of airforce that are 2+ years old which I bought from other stores so I know these are strong shoes there for the quality that was sold to me is poor

I bought Karl Lagerfeld last month it was a fake sneakers I tried to contact them they don't respond to my emails and WhatsApp all of their products I believe are fake.

The sneaker is beautiful and have lovely colours. Love it. It is also comfortable
