This firm seems very inefficient. I sent an order for a drill press, which they acknowledged and took my payment.
It was advertised as being in stock. Next day they emailed me to say they had finished processing my order.
When it didn't arrive I emailed them, then they told me it was out of stock --- they hadn't told me that before.
I then cancelled the order and asked for a refund, which they said they would sort out.
It is now over a month later and I'm still waiting for the refund.
I would think carefully before ordering anything from this firm.

Contacted them to get some technical details about the product before buying - answers came back fast with advice that displayed good product knowledge (unlike other sellers who point you to the manufacturer’s FAQ pages - that you have already checked). Would highly recommend them

Bought a stihl handheld mini chainsaw/pruner which was speedily delivered. While slightly heavier than expected for long periods of use it cuts beautifully and easily chopped up a large fallen branch. Overall happy with the product as it's much safer and quieter than a full size chainsaw.

My husband ordered my beautiful little hand held chainsaw for me it was speedily delivered and I have enjoyed using it, it is just perfect and exactly what I need, it is light and easy to handle and cuts quite thick branches.

This is a great company to deal with, we had a JCB Pump delivered but it was defective. They dealt with the problem really quickly and picked up the pump and refunded the money.

Took 2 weeks to deliver
When chased said they were waiting for stock
No communication to customer during 2 weeks, unless I rang.
Customer service needs a lot of work, would only order again if I had time to wait
