Lovely people to deal with
Hello,
I have never met the workers ar Farmers equipment but I feel as if I know them.
Karl and his fellow staff did exactly as I asked of them in a requested delay in providing a Strimmer. It arrived on the day I asked for after we returned from France after a three week holiday.
The Strimmer works well.

Good and the bad!
Although I had a mixed bag of service I would recommend these guys as they are genuine.
I ordered a bandsaw payed for it expected it in a couple of days….wrong! My “Not in stock” email got put into the junk folder and I didn’t see it for a couple of days!!!! Grrrr!!
After seeing it and phoning the company up I settled on another one.
Item arrived, it said on the box ‘if box damaged refuse’? The box was in a right state owing to shipping and the carrier’s but thought I’d take a chance and all was ok no damage scratches or dings, so just as well as I was looking forward to setting it up and using it as I had a big work load for it.
Very happy in the end and this bandsaw has a better cutting height of 4 1/2 inches perfect for my work.
This company should have an up to date stock from the company's they deal with, then they would know what to tell the customer whether its in stock or not??? And would save a lot of aggro for the customer? Yes?
Also they need to change their couriers, I helped the parcel guy get it out the van and found it perched on top of other parcels at an angle!! My box was 30 kilos no wonder the box was damaged!!!!

Excellent all round!
Purchased a disc cutter, mistakenly ordered the wrong disc and was promptly contacted to double check and my mistake rectified. Excellent customer service as this is not cheap stuff and many lesser companies would not bother. This customer service gets you repeat custom and they will be my first choice in the future. The prices are also very competitive and they have a great range of quality products that will save you money in the long run as you only have to buy it once. Recommended without any reservation. The latest Stihl disc cutter is well worth the extra too!

My purchase of a Stihl product was carried out in a very professional way and with a human touch !! which these days is a rarity!! They had sold out of an extra battery that I wanted but kept me informed of its arrival date at all times.

Good and bad
Price was competitive; service wasn’t too bad.
Website delivery details out of date; very poor communication to me as a customer i.e. none
Chased a two week delivery after a month. Got told it will be ten weeks. No apologies just like it or lump it.
Appreciate Covid etc if that is the problem but we have had plenty of time to manage this.
Might re review if things get better

We have been really struggling with getting up to date information on out of stock items from some of our suppliers, a lot of which ends up changing on a weekly basis. The issues are being caused by a shortage of parts coming into the country, caused by a combination of Covid and Brexit related issues.
We are working hard to try and keep our customers as up to date as possible on these orders, as well as keeping the website as up to date as possible with delivery dates. We do apologies that on this occasion the information was not correct and we have been unable to supply good news on the delivery date of your order.
