Given a time, and that's when the work started
I booked an MOT. Selected a date and time. So often when this is done, you arrive to be told 'they are running behind. Leave your car and we'll call you when it's ready.' Not this time. I arrived mid afternoon, just before the time. They had all my details and the mechanic was ready to start immediately. Free coffee whilst I waited. Perfect service. This is how it should be. I will definitely be back here next time.

Very disappointing experience with Farmers Autocare.
I booked an air-con recharge after their website clearly stated the system would be tested beforehand. This wasn’t done because the branch didn’t have the correct equipment, yet they still proceeded with the recharge — only for it to leak.
I then waited around an hour, only to have to return the following day for a refund. A complete waste of time and an unnecessary inconvenience.
If they don’t have the equipment to carry out the advertised checks, customers should be told before the work is done. Very poor experience.

Air con service
The car was booked on online for an air conditioning recharge. The process was easy and they completed the work promptly meaning I could collect the car within an hour of dropping it off. Would recommend.

Brilliant service. Car had its MOT and 4 tyres replaced. Booking process was a piece of cake, and the staff were super helpful when I arrived. Prompt in letting know my car was ready and what all had been done etc.
