TOTAL SCAM.

The flight is supposed to board at 9:55 am TODAY from Myrtle beach connecting in Nashville and then on to Houston hobby airport. They sent us a “boarding pass” with a legit Southwest confirmation number and legit flights we can cross check, yesterday at around 5 or 6 pm.

When I went to the Southwest site and immediately cross checked the confirmation number it popped up an error and said “this flight has already been cancelled” which mean not only did this company secure the tickets, the company or employee turned around and cancelled the flight. Then even said “we will send an updated boarding pass in 4-5 hours” last night which would have been around 11 pm our time. Guess what? No boarding pass. Checked this morning and nothing. Checked at the airport and the scheduled flight is still taking off at the original time with no airline cancellations. We have screenshots with timestamps of all communication with the company and when I checked Southwest yesterday.

This was all done on Christmas. The company insists on checking you in theirselves and won’t give you any flight information until the day before. Now I see why. Save your time, energy, and money and just pay directly through legit airline sites.

I bought my tickets in September of last year and they still haven't sent me anything, and not only that, they haven't returned my money.

SPAM COMPANY DONT BUY FROM HERE THEY WILL STILL YPUR MONEY AND YOU NEVER WILL GET THOSE TICKETS OR RECOVER THE MONEY DONT BUY!!!!!

The airline canceled my flight and issued farehold a credit. Farehold has continued to give me the run around and has not allowed me a flight purchase with this credit and refused to take my calls or answer emails. This company is absolutely useless!!

We bought a ticket in August 2024 and since then we have been trying to receive the tickets. Each contact on the website, through chat, gave a different deadline for sending tickets. The trip was now in October and we had to buy other tickets at the last minute, because Fare Hold didn't send the tickets and stopped responding to us. The tickets had already been paid for them.
We got scammed!

I had doubts but the fares were better than the airline published ones by a lot!
Not sure how they manage this. It was quick efficient and confirmed by the airlines.

Justin was helpful through out the process; however, when we booked we wanted a non stop flight and that was our main concern. They changed our flight 3 times going to Orlando and then when we wanted to change the flight back. They also gave us a non stop with almost a 7 hour flight day.

Everything was as per my original requirement, fullfill my expectances

Person who attended provided good support, just only recommend after reservation done on the page try to contact more in order to get ASAP the confirmation and payment

1. The price that was presented on the web site was not honored. I was phoned AFTER the displayed price was accepted by me and told the 4 tickets would be higher by about 9.25% than I had agreed. I felt this was a deliberate tactic to squeeze additional funds from me. (And yes, I did agree to the additional charges. So I guess Farehold's business model is working for them.)
2. The ticketing confirmation letter had conflicting information regarding checked baggage. The 'boiler plate' letter plainly stated that 0 checked bags were included with the tickets. Southwest's web site showed 2 checked bags were included. I had to ask Farehold to send me an additional email that stated 2 checked bags were included to clear up the conflicting information they sent me. Which Farehold reluctantly did in the end.

Scammers, that's all i have to say about FAREHOLD.COM. Booked flights for 4 the end of February. When they sent the e-tickets they had the wrong date. I called and they said they can change it for 588.00. So it's now Mid May and still no tickets. We called so many times and they kept saying the same things, (give me a couple of days, no worries, give me a week , I'll call you back, the agent isn't in call back later) none of what they said was true. thief's. I spoke with both Vance Victor and Emily. How they have a good review must be from family members. Still trying to get them to release the hold on our tickets so United can correct them. Now they won't even answer my phone calls, e-mails or text. Buyer beware!!
Well update. Now May 30th. We had to purchase tickets through the air lines. They still don't answer any of our correspondence. Would love to get some of our money back from them, but not likely 😕

This is a fraudulent company..I was scammed out of over $3500 for airplane tickets then had to purchase more for over $5000 for a trip that I took my family on in Feb. I am still waiting for a resolution and refund.
Do not use this company!

We booked a cruise several months ago. I spent the past three afternoons trying to find fights for 4 adults from Nashville to Miami and back that had return flights between 12 noon and 4 pm. Everyday your site listed a round trip that fit our needs perfectly. Today, I decided to book it for about $362 per person. Soon after, I get a call saying the return flight was changed to a 9 am departure and the price went up to about $420 per person. We would not be able to make that flight since the ship is not scheduled to port until 8 am. The agent did find a later flight that reduced the cost to about $418. That's $66 more per ticket than your advertised price. I did agree reluctantly out of fear.

prove to me I haven't been scammed, ordered 6 tickets got only one e ticket code for all six tickets and it doesn't show up on the air lines website as purchased

Absolutely awful. I would give negative stars if I could. They delayed booking which resulted in the price going up an additional $600. I paid for seat selection and was never given the option to choose seats. When I contacted them about this, as I was traveling with minors, they were not helpful just rude. I even called the airline and they told me there were seats together available but because I booked through this company they had to make the changes. When I contacted farehold/ zustravel llc they did not help secure seats together for my family. Once I checked us in I was able to get seats together for each leg of the flight, again with no help from this company.
They made this trip additionally challenging and I will never use them again as I'm sure I ended up spending more in all the additional fees than just booking though the airline.

Charge too much for canceling the booking.

The way my transaction handled was very helpful. Had trouble with credit card. They were very patient we me to get the problem fixed.

The man I spoke with very helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient while listening to what I needed and was able to help me book the flight easily.
