I recently purchased a U.S.-based virtual number from Fanytel (+1022358065) and added credit to my account. While I can successfully send and receive SMS, I am unable to make outbound calls to Turkish numbers (e.g., Turkcell, Vodafone). Whenever I attempt to call, the call immediately fails with a "Call Remotely Ended" message, and the recipient's phone does not ring.
I need this number to function properly for both incoming and outgoing calls, as I plan to use it for customer communication in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Could you please investigate this issue and provide a solution?

Texts do not work and they cannot fix it.
5 days ago, I see another reviewer gave Fanytel 1 star. I have come to do the same thing. I too bought a number that does not function. No matter what I try, text messages will not send. I can receive texts, but Reply never works. I have tried: restart phone, log in and out of app, sending to multiple contacts, wifi vs data, even traveled to the USA.
Secondly, whenever I call someone, it shows up on their phone as "unlisted." Fanytel support told me that is how all their U.S. number display.
Fanytel cannot resolve the issue. I have been in contact with Fanytel costumer support for a full week about my text issue and they finally said, "There is no issue with your account." I replied that I am going to move to a company that actually has products that work. No response. I'm trying Ultra Mobile now. They have a $3 per month plan.

As for the caller ID displaying to the USA as "unlisted," this is due to recent FCC regulations aimed at reducing fraud and spam. These regulations require VoIP providers to comply with strict caller ID policies, and non-compliance can result in significant fines.

The service fulfils its functions, renting numbers to receive sms and voicemails. There was an unpleasant moment that my phone broke down and I had rented numbers on it. Support helped me to restore access to numbers on a new account, for which special respect!

I used their service for about a year, and overall, it was a good experience. Their customer support was quite helpful, and everything worked smoothly. However, things have changed recently. Their support is no longer active, my deposits are not being credited, and my phone numbers are being disabled.
I've attempted to reach out through WhatsApp, email, and their online support system, but I haven't received any response from any of these channels.
