I have tried multiple times to renew my account, but it has not been successful. Previously, it was working perfectly fine before the merged of VYKE. I even recommended your service to some of my friends.
Unfortunately, my main number expired and I lost access to it. This number is registered on multiple platforms, so it is very important for me to recover and renew it.
I have tried contacting support several times, but I have not received any response to my queries.
Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

My Experience With Call.com has been horrible.. I cant Recommend to any User especially Africans. They stereotype a lot, rude customer support. Bought a number then tried to renew countless times until the number expired, only to find out they required KYc. After Uploading the KYC document, they claimed it was altered.. An Original Document altered! later on claimed they could not verify since its not clear. Very Anyhow People.... Bycot at all Cost. You will end up Loosing Clients and contacts!

Great concept and app
The service is really good and the app works perfectly. I'm able to have a second number without having to buy a mobile plan. I use it to make calls and send SMS without any issue. 100% would recommend!

I’ve had a very disappointing…
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Calldotcom/Vyke. My number isn’t being renewed and my account balance is not being updated, even though I’ve already tried multiple international and local cards. Instead of actually resolving the issue, they keep sending the same automated response every time.
It’s extremely frustrating because there is no real customer support, no proper troubleshooting, and no willingness to fix the problem. I’ve been left without service and without any helpful guidance.
I hope they improve their customer support and actually assist users instead of relying on automated replies.

Useless service and poor customer follow up
I have had the service for nearly 2 years, but now it has completely fallen on its face. No incoming calls or SMS messages on my French number, promised to be sorted out in 2 weeks, and now on day 17, still not sorted. Offered 2 months free on the number, but doesn't help, as all my French artisans will only call a French number. This means missed deliveries and appointments. Inconvenient doesn't describe it.

French number has stopped working!
This was fine but now the French number does not work. the company has emailed admitting that there is a problem with their French provider and my number could be down for a couple of weeks or maybe never! It's been down a week so far and has caused huge inconvenience to me!

A great Skype replacement for iPad
This company describes itself as the ideal replacement for Skype, and I have to agree. Tech support answered several questions quickly before I signed up and the registration process for me was flawless. I got an account, paid for a number and SMS messaging, and it all just works. Messaging is reliable and calls, both in and out, are clear. The app, both on the iPad and Mac, work well with address book, voice-mail, chat logging, and very clear credit balance display. It will import Skype chat history once you export from Skype. Very good price for, so far, flawless service.

call.com - don't bother. Too hard.
Positives. Probably the cheapest on the web and on paper, a viable alternative to skype. In/out call and sms, virtual international numbers. Responsive (albeit rude) C/S.
Negatives. An absurb on-boarding process. I could not for the life of me create an account. Every time you request an SMS (verification), there is a 60min timeout (WTF?) preventing you from trying again.
There's no explanation though. You literally have no idea why you can't log on. I tried 3 different numbers to try and acheive an account and was frustrated at every turn.
I used the 60min profitably however and opened an account with a provider that knows what they are doing. The final death knell? I got kicked of call.com for having 'multiple accounts'. Yeah, that's because your process was so flawed. Oh the irony.
