About the company: Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.
With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.
From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

Felipe was very professional and very thorough when disscussing the cleaning process prior to treatment taking in to consideration the customers requirements. He managed to get most of the stains removed from a very old carpet and bring it back to life. Thank very much 👍

Do not use this company. The cleaner that I had was fantastic but the back office service is appalling. They say that they provide cover when your regular cleaner is sick or on holiday but rarely does this work. They do not take the pain out of this process despite what their website claims to do. My regular cleaner told me a month ago she was leaving and i got a call from them today to say that they cannot provide me with cover. They have known for 4 weeks and have also taken payment already and now i have to look elsewhere. I have also now received 5 calls from them in one day trying to sell me other services rather than dealing with the complaint.

Complete waste of money
Complete waste of money. The cleaners were confrontational, lazy, and spent half their time on smoke breaks. They barely touched the house and spent 2 hours doing "nothing" in a tiny bathroom. When challenged, they started shouting. Management is even worse—they waited until their 48-hour claim window expired to reply to my complaint so they wouldn't have to refund me. Absolutely disgraceful behavior
