About the company: Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.
With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.
From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

We had a truly excellent experience with Fantastic Services. Julian was absolutely brilliant in organising everything for us—especially when we needed extra time at the last minute, which he handled swiftly and without fuss. Our home was in quite a state after major renovation work, but Sheetal and Mani worked wonders. They transformed it completely—it genuinely looked like new by the time they finished. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were prompt, courteous, hardworking, and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. I cannot recommend Fantastic Services highly enough—an outstanding team delivering a first-class service.

Issue resolved swiftly
Yesterday I had a garden service and the team were very pleasant, with 10 out of 10 customer service. However, the job felt a bit rushed and I wasn’t completely satisfied with the result.
I contacted Fantastic Services to raise my concerns, and a complaints manager got in touch within a few hours. They were apologetic and arranged for a new team to come today to address the areas I wasn’t happy with.
I’m grateful for the quick response and effort to resolve the issue.

Following a bumpy start with booking (all the AI, bots etc) which was resolved by Adam just in time for move-out day, the cleaners (Ahmed and Muhammad) who attended were really excellent. Cleaners were lovely and completed everything we asked. Great finished product! However, we organised for 2 cleaners and 3 showed up, mentioning that they needed to leave at a certain time. I had to then work out how many hours they then needed to do, to match the amount we paid. Further, it has been extremely frustrating receiving numerous phone calls and texts after the appointment, asking us to review. This has dampened the good cleaning that happened.

Fantastic Services are excellent
Booking a cleaner through Fantastic was super easy and they were able to provide me with a cleaner at short notice.
Jagdeep was absolutely fantastic. She worked so very well, quick, extremely clued on, respectful and well mannered. She treated my house as hers and even made great suggestions on placing things etc. Really amazed with her work and intend booking once a month but only with Jagdeep.
