I've never had a package delivered…
I've never had a package delivered internationally faster than them. The bracelet was nice and packaged very well. A couple things I didn't like - the company stated they are not responsible for items lost in transit even when they are shipping it out to you.
Second thing was that the bracelet I ordered I probably could have paid way less at Etsy for.

Just to clarify our shipping policy, we do get our packages insured so if the shipping status shows "missing" we will certainly cover it! However, if the customer ships the jewelry back to us for a refund and the package gets lost, we will not cover the loss.
