You never know what you’re going to get when ordering off the internet. This company I was pleasantly surprised from tracking information. To the speediness of the shipping. The packaging was wonderful. It came in a very nice presentation. It has a band around the nice gift box. It came with a Hogwarts Letter. It also came with a gift bag and a few other nice pieces. The Golden Snitch Necklace came in a nice box. The piece itself is of good quality. My daughter asked for it as a Christmas gift❤️

Customer service still ignores emails. Waiting for my refund for 3 days and counting. I sent them an email but they never answered. Not bothering with social media and phones because they ignore those, too. Already got a paypal claim fired up so I hope they do their jobs and actually help their customers. Should have expected this Chinese brand to have garbage CS. Scam for sure.

The packaging was super cute and the product itself looks amazing. The braclet itself is a little bit small ( 17cm ) and its a gift for my friend. So I am slightly concerned that it will not fit her, but I really hope it will. A suggestion would be to have more size options.
