I ordered my item on 2nd June, the money was taken from my account on 3rd June and then I was told, after a week, that I would not take delivery until 23rd June.
In the event, it was delivered on 17th June and I was very pleased with the quality.

Superb for all your sports goodies
Superb. Choice of gear is beyond great. Am still waiting on a few things to come back into stock in my size, but despite that, Fanatics has some of the best merch this side of the ocean. Had one item sent that wasn’t what was ordered, but everything since has been 100%. Shipping was super fast before the estimated ToA. Thanks Fanatics. Be back soon.

Ordered 2 new items from this company. States official merchandise, which is the reason that I chose to order. One of the items (2 Football Shirts), stank of Body Odour, so obviously been worn, and therefore not new!
Complained, and advised that would offer 25% refund. Nothing more. I have a product advertised as new, that clearly wasn't.
Then, the contact stated that the shirt for my size was no longer in stock - I checked and added one to my basket. So obviously not true.
Will never use this company again. Shocking experience

Takes your money and gives you no updates on your order
Placed an order for the new england kit with personalisation before the world cup started, it's still not here and no updates have been issued. They have been quite happy to take the money. Customer service hasn't been very helpful and I suspect it was just an automated bot rather than an actual person on the other side. Quite let down by this as it was for my son, its his first world cup and he's not even got a kit to wear. Disappointed.
