I was surprised that it all worked and was fully operational at cost I could afford for the use needed it for

Had a few Problems, did not work initially with customers helpline got there eventually.

Such good value for money and the service is professional and efficient; have used twice now and will use again whenever I need new software.

Bought Office 2019 from here as said delivery was instant and had tried other places before and had taken over 24 hours to get licence key. Got licence key and instructions instantly BUT didn’t work. Emailed support email immediately but had to wait till next morning to get reply. Instead of giving me new licence key asked for screenshot which I sent by return. Then had to wait another day until I got new licence key. So instant turned out to be 3 days later. Be warned

Aside from issuing an initial incorrect key, which was corrected immediately, WIN 10 installed first time without any problem and was immediately activated.

A very straightforward purchase. Online ordering was quick and just a few clicks. The link to download the software arrived instantaneously and it worked first time. I had researched prices across a range of providers and FairSoftware was the most competitive and based on my experience I would definitely recommend.

I've finally got round to writing this, so my recollection is a little hazy. But as I recall, all was straightforward, except for one minor thing. I think it could have been clearer that one was buying an activation key from Fairsoftware, to be used on a product downloaded from Microsoft, not downloaded from Fairsoftware. My apologies if this was clear and I didn't see properly what was in front of me! Have recommended/will recommend Fairsoftware to others.

I am very happy with my Office 2021 purchase. The buying process was clear and easy, the price was very good, and the software gives me all I need. Very good service all round. I would recommend highly.
