Bought a code for MS Office 2013. The code they sent me (along with a download link) didn't work - the MS Office installer said the code was for the wrong geographic region. I emailed Fair Software with a screen shot and got a fresh code and download link very quickly. It installed just fine and I now have a licensed copy of MS Office.

Purchasing, downloading and installing the software was very straightforward.
It was excellent value for money.

The software was exactly as described and there were no problems with the activation key. Just followed the instructions. Very happy.

Total fraud. Fake activation code, the softwar's not working. AVOID!!!

We had a hard drive failure so had to look to purchase Microsoft Office again.
Had some sound advice about upgrading from the 2016 version we decided to do.
Great price for the 2021 version and product key provided promptly.
Would recommend FairSoftware to anybody and will certainly use the company again if I need to.
It will be my first place to look.

Unfortunately this download/prod key provided never worked on my device/windows 10 install, so reason for the 1 star rating.

FairSoftware took my order and payment promptly, but failed to email the product until I chased them some weeks later - and then I needed assistance to install it.

Software did not arrive. Left it a couple of hours still did not arrive. Got a message; ‘check junk mail’ already did that before messaging, closely followed by a message saying your ‘software will be with you shortly’. Still no download next day. No contact number to talk to anyone, Sent message to cancel download link and activation code. Claimed money back through credit card. Purchased through another provider with no probs what so ever.

It all looked so straight forward! I downloaded the Mac version but it wouldn't work. I contacted them and they weren't helpful. They hadn't read my email with all the info they needed and told me I had ordered the Windows version - which I hadn't. They asked for product codes which were all in my original email. I chased them several times, each being asked for the same info I had already given. They eventually refunded me which is great, but there was no support and I was really disappointed with the service, and I don't have what I need!
Your response demonstrates exactly what I have said above - all of this was in my email!! You asked me to send proof of purchase which showed it was meant to be for a Mac!!!!!

Good value, quick delivery, clear instruction to follow when installing. Gives access to Microsoft Office without need for annual subscription.

Would recommend.

I had to get back in contact with them because we needed to do something else quite complicated, involving applying some sort of passcode somehow, I would not have been able to do this my son did it for us, this was a couple of weeks after buying the software. However, the firm did respond very quickly to my original email saying that things were not working and gave clear information and all was sorted quickly.
