Issues with delayed delivery but resolved in the end.

They claim to be an ethical shop.

That is fine and good but they are still supposedly a shop and half my order (worth the majority of the value) has not been delivered in two weeks, with no update and no response to my emails (I've sent 3).

I am now considering my options, including contacting my bank and the police, since these people cannot be trusted.

EDIT: I managed to get into contact with the owner and he refunded the money for the missing product (size was out of stock). Hopefully this will not happen in the future and I my previous dealings were good.
