How can I know?
You don't say what I ordered from you in the email, and I do so much online shopping that it is impossible for me to know what order this is about. You should mention that in your request for feedback. You should also not assume that everyone with an address in the Netherlands wants to fill out questionnaires in Dutch, people should have the option to use their own language if you are asking them for help, toch? I'll give you 5 stars simply because of the 30+ orders I've received in the past month from almost as many vendors, I have had no complaints, so I assume I was happy with your product, whatever in God's name it was.
