2. But more importantly the yellow distraction button is sloppy and weak already. And how will it last and age with a phone which is supposed to last long? So weird, why didn't you make it sturdy?

I like that the phone came quickly and the packaging was non-plastic. The new system was easy to learn about, but at the same time i would Mike to habe some Mord information about murena EOS. Like how ca i geht rid oft the preinstalled apps at my desktop, when I' m using other programs instead?

Super easy to change the battery, arrived within days, and in time for a trip abroad. Massively increased battery duration (I've had the last one a fair while now) which will be really helpful while I'm travelling.

I like the company ethos, phone arrived in great condition, extended warranty and all other setup was very easy, everything just works.

Decent e-commerce. Only UPS shipping is a bit limiting. Battery life for the Fairphone 6 is underwhelming even compared with a fairly old and used Cat S62.

Ordered a replacement battery. No option to have delivered to home address. Went to collect from collection address, they said didn't have it. Cannot contact ups cannot enter a claim with ups cannot report to ups.
Money paid,No battery, seemingly no recourse,big headache.

The worst phone I've had. Customer service delays replying to problems so return date passes. Then when chased say they have to ask murena. Then later still that they need more details. 4 months in and the phone is still only any use for calls and texts. And that's only if indoors as the screen is useless outside. Absolute waste of money.

In response to Fairphones reply: read the complaint! I've wasted an unbelievably long time trying to deal with your "support".

Now May 10th. Still no answers. Emails are totally ignored. This is one company that deserves to close down.

The reason I had to purchase a new Fairphone was because my Fairphone 3 was getting outdated and my mobile operator was going to block it for being outdated and not being able to call 911. They said so only a few days before which gave me great stress. Since I loved my Fairphone, I chose them again and I'm grateful for the fast delivery which was very helpful in this case. And of course I love my new phone.

Everything in order, quick secure delivery

So far so great. I'm a casual phone user for browsing, utility apps, social media & taking 'snaps' rather than a professional photographer. Coming from a 4 year old Google pixel 6 to this phone and the transition has been effortless really. All that but with the knowledge that this phone should last me for hopefully a decade, is from a B Corp and is recycled and recyclable is honestly so brilliant. Totally worth the price in my opinion.

I also bought and like the the finger loop on the back, the screen protector, and the case. Love the colour green too!

I don't like paying VAT twice and then tariffs entering Norway. You should be able to collect all at ordering.

I have my phone for 7 month and it works perfectly.

The product is defective. The customer support was not responsive. This product is meant to be under warranty.

EDIT: they did get back to me, they resolved my problem shortly after the initial contact. It was unfortunate to have the defective item but it was good to have the company's support.
