The Fish and Chicken Shop

Omer from FairFix attended today. Our first time using Fairfix for our commercial boiler, easy to book,arrived on time and left the boiler in working order. Would use again and recommend.

It was dead easy to book an…

It was dead easy to book an appointment, with confirmation of my booking coming through some 30 mins later. I would have liked confirmation that my booking request had been received as I did feel a little in limbo until confirmation was received.

Engineer arrived promptly, diagnoses the few issues we had but sadly we needed some additional parts. These were sourced in-front of me, as to share the price up front, then I received a text to accept the proposed part. Part arrived the following day, the engineer came back that day, installed the part, spent some time checking everything was working as expected and that was that. A flat fee for essentially two call-outs and then the part on top was good value for money.

Very professional service and solved my boiler crisis

Very happy with the knowledge, assistance and service I got with Fair Fix.
I'd had a bit of a horrible time waiting to get a part replaced for my new boiler. It was quite frustrating as in the cold snap in February ice backed up into my boiler and fortunately only ruined one part of it - an insulation panel - but without that part couldn't use the boiler. After trying unsuccessfully to get this resolved I fortunately read about Fair Fix and filled in their form on their website. After that I was kept regularly updated about getting hold of the boiler part (which took away my stress) and given realistic time scales for repair. As soon as the part arrived in the UK Fair Fix were able to get me one and stuck to their pre-quoted pricing so there were no unpleasant surprises. The plumber kept in contact with me updating me, arrived as soon as he could at the agreed time and date. My boiler is now happily working again and I'm nice and snug . Thank you what a relief! I would highly recommend Fair Fix for their professional service.

Great service

Great service! The engineer (Tyrone) was with us 45 mins after we’ve submitted the request. He couldn’t fix it on the spot, as he needed to order a new part, but next day the boiler was fixed.
Fair price, great communication. Love it, well done Fair Fix and Tyrone.
Happy customer - the heating and the hot water are back :)

Excellent service

Excellent service! Mustafa did a great job fixing my boiler in a timely fashion with helpful communication throughout. I also appreciated the clarity of the pricing and the easy payment system. I would certainly use Fair Fix again in the future.

Tyrone was excellent

Very pleased throughout the process. The booking was easy, with many times available. I was contacted by a staff member immediately to confirm my issue.

Tyrone was super friendly, accommodating, and professional. He was very transparent and thoroughly explained all the steps he was taking to solve my issue. It was great that he could have the issue solved efficiently in one visit as he had the part. Willing to answer all my questions in great detail.

Highly recommended.

Very quick and easy service

Very quick and easy service. Our boiler broke in the afternoon and we were able to book a slot for the very next morning easily online. Mustafa was friendly and completed the job quickly!

I cancelled them because we fixed it…

I cancelled them because we fixed it ourselves prior to their supposed time of arrival. However they sent me a bill without fixing anything. They sent us a bill at 8.16am and their time slot was between 9.00 and 11.00am. Can you explain why your agent came before arranged slot? Why he tried to tell that he fixed even it was already fixed?

Mariana if you cancelled the booking you wouldn’t have been sent an invoice the only way that this can happen is an engineer accidentally completes the job rather than cancelling it. If you contact us with your details I’ll make sure that any invoices are cancelled. but be assured that you do not have to pay anything
