Nightmare experience. They claimed the goods had been picked up but a call to the courier company confirmed that the goods had not been ready and had not been picked up. They then said the courier company was lying. Eventually they had to admit it and got the goods picked up and claimed they were express shipped. They were not express shipped and I still do not have the goods. Very expensive screw up.

I ordered an LG Roboking VR66800VWP and was sent a completely incompatible charging dock, the robot physically couldn’t charge. This wasn’t a minor flaw, it showed a total lack of quality control. The unit was sold as the last in stock, and it should have been properly checked before shipping.
That said, I spoke to a very helpful staff member on the phone who acknowledged the issue and promised to send a working replacement dock. I appreciate the professionalism, but I shouldn’t have had to go through this in the first place just to receive a usable product.
If you're considering buying here, be aware: stock is old, communication can be slow, and basic functionality may not be guaranteed. And don't worry If the unit doesn't even work I'll bring this further
