Good Product/ Regional Shipping Cost Hurt
Ordering was easy, and my wardrobe arrived well-packaged in just a few days. However, be mindful that shipping costs can nearly double the price if you live outside metro areas (like the Mid North Coast). I ended up having mine delivered to a family member in the city to save on the delivery fee.

Fast delivery but issues with product consistency
The product arrived quickly and assembly instructions were relatively straightforward, however, the pre-drilled screw holes for the shelves were the wrong distance apart so I had to drill new ones to finish construction

Terrible delivery service
I ordered a double murphy bed and mattress.
The products were good but the delivery service was terrible.
It wasn't till nearly a week after I ordered and called them back that they advised they needed to check my address. When delivery was made the driver was aggressive, complained the entire time, and wouldn't listen to myself and my building manager when we tried to tell him where he could park.
He threatened not to unload it, and when he finally did he just dumped it on the ground and left.
Factory Fast did also ring after this review and offered $100 if I would take this review down.
