I just purchased a manual for a Ford Escape. Some of the hyper links were not working, so i emailed the contact email and got a prompt helpful reply. After updating my Adobe reader to the latest version things are now working better. The print outs in the new Adobe allow printing a Current View which is better but still not great. The download process is a bit unusual but if you follow the instructions eventually the Download Button Appears and can download your manual. Generally looks like good value.

I been looking all over for online schematics for our 2016 Accent to fix a pesky ground issue, but lot of the online manuals are by subscription. Then I ran upon Factory Manuals where I can just purchase the .pdf out right. After a year of just digging on my own to no avail, I opted for the 4-6 hour option on a Sunday afternoon, the manual arrived and I fixed the issue within 30 mins. Well worth the cost as I will always have the manual available for any future issues! Thank you.

I ordered the C4 manual , a good manual but didn't cover exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for specific troubleshooting for a 1995 LT-1. Sent a email , not the nicest to be honest. Alan replied , I explained what I was looking for , a low and behold he sent me two more links and I found what I was looking for. He didn't have to do that , especially without asking me for payment , but he did.I am very happy with the service and communication. When I need another manual ,this is where I'm going. At first I was hesitant. I purchased a manual for my Acura TSX. You will receive a confirmation Email, then the next day, ( for me, I purchased late at night) you will get a Dropbox link to download the manual. The manual has shortcuts in the table of contents that jump you to the page you want. Adobe allows you to add bookmarks and rename them.
I am completely satisfied. Will buy again if needed for another vehicle.

The premise and the website appeared a little sketchy, but I bit the bullet and ordered the manual for a 2019 Subaru. It arrived on time and as promised, and downloaded without a hitch. Very useful info, archived on my computer where I can get to it whenever I like.

The PDF file is nearly 8,000 pages, so it is completely impractical to print out -- but it has a hierarchical table of contents and is text-searchable. I'm sure I'll use it for many years to come.

For common jobs like oil changes, YouTube is your friend -- but for anything outside the ordinary, there's nothing like having an official shop manual with the as-built specs, procedures, and part numbers.

What you're buying is a *service* -- acting as your agent, they sign up to your manufacturer's maintenance subscription site, and "manually" (probably via script) download the entire service manual page by page, and collate it into a PDF that you can save. Part of your fee goes to paying the manufacturer for access to the information, so it's not piracy -- you are buying (via the pass-through to your car's manufacturer) the right to view and use the information in the manual, they just compile it into an easier-to-use form.

The service is well worth it.

I break this document in to 2 pieces - table of contents and then actual contents. The actual contents are awesome - clear pictures and diagrams - couldn't be happier. The Table of Contents is, unfortunately, almost 50 pages and hard to work with spanned across so many pages. It's a small detail but a very time-consuming frustration to work around by having to use CTL-F and go through many many hits on a key word until you can find what you're looking for within the almost 50 pages of contents

I have recently purchase the repair manual for 2020 F-150 EB 3.5 and I have to say: it is on point!

I live in a very rural area where access to garage it is almost impossible, due to this I have to perform my own repairs and this product it is great. It comes with all the necessary information, diagrams, torque specifications and so much more.

At the beginning could be slightly overwhelming since the quantity of information is massive, but the more you go through and explore, it becomes easier and easier.

Delivery by the company was expedite. nothing much I can add honestly.

If for any reason you need to perform your own maintenance, this is an absolute banger!

Manual is specific to my car based on VIN. Nice you don’t have to skip through every version of something to get to your version.

this manual does not have enough info for repairs. I was thinking these would be like the old haynes manuals. this is all it covers.

I was looking for a wiring diagram for the starter. Doesn't even have any info on the starter. Would not buy this!!!!!!! waste of $30

The Quality of the Wiring Diagrams is Bad. Also the documents refers to sections that don't appears in the document. I don't recommend it.

I bought manual for my car. BEFORE purchase i contacted Factory-Manuals.com asking if the manual will cover mods i had to do in my car. It was adding rear fog light so i needed light switch detailed pinout and harness descriptions. The reply from Facory-Manuals was the the wiring schematics will by complete and will cover ALL MODELS. Note you have to provide your car's VIN so they will download the manual for you. So based on their reply i decided to purchase the full set for 129.99 USD. Guess what? I turned out that all the information i was looking for were missing. Most of the connectors described in the manual have missing pin designations. It's just because it was prepared based on specific VIN so if you plan any modes those manuals will be useless. The worst thing is BEFORE purchase they were very responsive, AFTER purchase ZERO replies. ZERO. So pay and shut up approach.

I recently purchased my second manual from Factory-Manuals.com, this one for an F10 M5 Competition, having previously bought one for a B8 Audi S5.

I'm just getting started with the M5 manual, but the S5 manual has already proven its worth. It contains a ton of detailed content, over 9,000 pages. I actually have a decent portion of the manual printed and in binders for quick access.

I’ve interacted with their customer service twice due to my own mistakes, and both times, Steve was quick to help and resolve my issues. On that note, I do recommend having the manual hosted by these guys. After all, it’s important.

What great customer service. I just bought a 2013 VW and searched everywhere for the service manual. Found this site and the transaction was easy. I did not mind the couple days it took them to build my book. The download was easy and now I have it in my tablet so when I need to work on my car, it will be easy to follow.

I bought the service manual for my 2017 Honda Pilot. The first copy I got from them was missing significant portions of the shop manual. After reaching out, they got right to work to fix the issue. After several weeks, they had me a new PDF service manual that was completely comprehensive with hyperlinks working and very easy to navigate. If it wasn’t for them, I don’t know where else I’d be able to get this from besides paying for Honda’s subscription HDS service which is so expensive. I would certainly buy from them again!
