Scammers thief’s liars don’t buy a manual they will lie and said you signed up and after you pay there is NO manual it’s a scam there is NO manual there over ten months I found out they have been taking out 199.99$ out of my bank complet scammers the ad said first one was 12.99$

Sent the wrong manual. Won't correct the issue.

I started to use the Emanuel.com website and use the free 3day trial as I was going through the process of enter my payment details as it mentioned i would not be charged until 3 days expired I scrolled through screen and pick the options to pick the free 3 day trial and I accidentally picked the full membership costing over £150 and I was unable to unpick the box and I got a instant notification that the payment was made so I carried on as I was taking advantage of the free 3day trial and downloaded a few pdf files and I proceeded to cancel my membership I also wanted to contact Emanuel directly through the message service I managed to get in contact and I was told I was unable to receive a refund due to downloading a few files that I would have downloaded anyway even in a trial this I shocking service and from Emanuel and I feel ripped off with no option of any money back after a few hours of use

Ordered a "complete" manual for a Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8Tdi..they called it the "Mega" Pack. File was in OVA format and their site states that a reader is included.
After paying - only got a OVA file which i could not use. Then had to install 3rd Party software to open a "virtual machine". Found the "complete manual" to be nothing more than (badly) scanned sections only of manuals which are freely available online. Basically a collection of incomplete manuals.
While they did respond quickly via email, they were clearly unable to give me a complete manual for my vehicle - 1999 Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8TDi SWB Auto with electronic injection pump.
Had to open a dispute with PayPal and they basically said they provided a full manual!
Will see if PayPal resolve this.
Have now seen MANY reviews of unhappy customers - and now I know why.

Paid for download, received a page with instruction to follow link to complete, no link provided, no answer to questions on the Web chat Avoid - Scam.

- Portion of manual that I needed was very close to illegible (scan quality of original document was too low for fine detail).
- Couldn't see enough in preview to know if I was really going to get what I needed. But it looked promising.
- Portion of manual that I needed was hard to find (manual covered many, many models.)
- Immediately after the sale, a banner popped up offerring a 30% off sale applicable now. This wasn't offered before the sale, only two seconds after the purchase. Vendor offered no help. So if you decide to use this service, check for discounts somewhere before buying.

The more I work on it the more sure I get that this business has nothing really useful to sell, and as what I read from other negative reviewers who actually managed to open it, the content is useless. I know that is possible for this kind of company to make false or fake reviews so the amount of 4.6 stars does not make any difference to me. (See how this company manages the reviews on Trustpilot). I wish there was even one company which could sell useful manuals for engineering on vehicles. It seems there is none. These people don't want to HELP YOU, they just want YOUR MONEY.

Don't trust these guys . No standard pdf manuals . You have to download multiple programs to even read this file . The program did not work it keeped greeting a error message and they refused a refund .

These people will rip you off, they call owners manuals service manuals. Do not get taken by them.

This site is a scam the download extremely slow and gets half way all the time and then says server error!!!!

Download not working and I want a refund . I don’t have time to try mutiple solutions as emanual is suggesting, and emaunal is not wanting to refund my money

Trying downloading manual and virus scanner says it is corrupt.

Ordered a manual for BMW x3 F25. The program is extreemely slow, and can't be used. Tried to get the money back, but got this message from them:

"We can only provide any other manual up to the same amount or offer store credit of the same value as your order.".

Stay away from this company.

They describe on the sites page certain models that your after, yes... Yet what you get is nothing to do with the models your sold.Then they try to gaslight you... Absolute scam... Stay AWAY!!!!

Definetly a scam company that hopes you don't notice when they charge you. Received no service or product and they refuse to issue a refund. Filled credit card charge back and with the BBB.

Extremely complicated. Where to even start????
You almost need a PhD in Computer Software Engineering in order to use this manual system. You have to download a virtual machine which is a lousy start, then you need to spend several days trying to figure out how to access the information sought and acfew more days trying to figure out how to print. Emailed questions get responses very rapidly, but the instructions they offer don't match with what you should be seeing on your device. This Virtual Machine is horrible as it refuses to work in unison with the real thing, insisting instead on leaving you with a weak and crippled system. How nice it would be to be able to access the folders, files and printers I already have.

Utterly, Utterly worthless repair manuals. Speaking as a person who has done all of my own vehicle maintenance for 30+ years on BMW, Mercedes, Lotus, Lamborghini, to name but a few, this "repair manual" is the single most worthless sack of crap ever to waste space on my computer. The 24gb ova file (covering scant detail on every Mercedes rather than in-depth detail on the one I needed) expands when installed into 75gb of bloat-ware running on a virtual Windows 7 (circa 2009) system. It took the entire capacity of my workshop laptop to run, after I dumped useful software to install it, and provided nothing more than a worthless database of pixilated diagrams apparently scanned from the output of a dot-matrix computer. I found not one shred of useful mechanical information after searching the system for over an hour. Their customer service team is simply around to help overcome the horrendous mandraulic process required to access the 'ova' file sold. They refused to refund me when asked because "they delivered me a manual". I have now purged every part of their manual from my computer so that should let you appreciate just how worthless it is; empty hard drive space is more valuable than this company's workshop manual. PLEASE do not waste your money on this dreadful, worthless, garbage.

Ordered a workshop manual for a BMW e90 325i. Should be a seamless easy transaction given there are literally thousands of these cars on the roads of most countries.
What I received was a 23GB file that refused to download. After two days of so called customer support, I received a poorly organised 6000 page PDF document for the wrong car!!!
After refusing to accept this and requesting a refund I was told that they would offer a store credit and not a refund.
Which would be ok if they actually had a viable alternative or solution.

Absolutely nothing but a scam!!!
