I really was looking forward to owning the sweater. I paid what I thought was a reasonable $14 UPS charge, but then they wanted an additional $100.36 charge on delivery which was almost the price of the item. So I declined the purchase and had the sweater returned. Bad experience.

2 x they sent wrong shirts …
I ordered twice linen shirts with button-down collar and they’ve delivered shirts with Italian collar. Both times I’ve returned the shirts. Customer service didn’t answer my questions why they couln’t deliver the shirts with button-down. I don’t want to try it for a 3rd time. You’ve lost a customer unfortunately.
