Do not use steal your money

Do not use! I did not agree to £60 a month to be taken. You then email in and they ask you same questions, then you try the what’s app number same you get no where .
You try calling 2 hour wait!!
Then you try a different way the computer system doesn’t understand so go round and round in circles.
This fraud company has taken£600 off of me I don’t want their service and don’t want anything off clothes as haven’t ordered anything but paid £600 for air. I got nowhere with this company for nearly a year contacting and contacting . I don’t want your service and never have. I want my money back.

Scam absolutely unlawful trickery taking money . Quality not great anyway . After purchasing leggings £13 I was hit with £59,99 vip membership gives you absolutely nothing . 0 big fat nothing . Because of Christmas madness you don’t knotice till later . Memberships what gym ? Any goods? Anything ? Absolutely Nothing big fat nothing .Not even pare of gym wear through post then at least I would think 🤔 when did I order again ?! Then I would questioned it . But was nothing absolutely nothing . Just direct removal my funds without my permission

Scam

Scam, cancelled my subscription but they charged me again month later. No point of calling them. 2.5 hours wait and if you choose option for them to call you back error appears. Trying to resolve this through the paypal

Honestly completely avoid this company

Honestly completely avoid this company. They automatically enrol you in to a membership and they make it seem like having an account is a membership little do they forget to mention you actually will be charged £59.99 a month!!! Absolute nightmare to get out of this as well. Your three hours waiting in a queue on the phone apparently. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they have an awful attitude. Refuse to refund and say it will happen again because they have 30 days cancellation policy. Whole company is a scam avoid!!!!!

Major scam

Major scam. They lied that I had not cancelled my account when I definitely did. They asked for an email confirmation of my cancellation (which was never sent). Their system chatbot could not locate my account through my email address indicating that they never actually sent me an email if they never even had my email address on file and link to my account. I was in a queue for more than 2+ hrs to speak to a customer service representative on the phone a few days in a row (to no avail as I refuse to wait 2+hrs on the phone just to speak to someone). When we got in touch via chat they took hours to reply and then did not cancel my account immediately upon my insistence. They also did not give me a refund. Had to call my own bank to help me dispute these charges and cancel my subscription and future charges. Shit company not worth it at all. Avoid at all costs!

First, we would like to confirm that once a member submits a cancellation request, the confirmation via email is always sent. This is done by the system automatically and this kind of confirmation is always received.
Second, if the member made an order on the page, this means that it was first necessary to register on the page. This leads to the point that the member created an account and this is always visible and can be easily found in the system. We would also like to mention that we always need a correct data to be able to locate an account and help the member.
We are so sorry that you had to wait so long on the phone to get to the customer service. We would also like to inform you that we have the customer service via WhatsApp, social media chat, web chat and email. Important information is the fact that we need 30 days to cancel a membership. This is the time frame that we have, and the member is informed about this in the same confirmation email that the system sends when the member submits the request to cancel the membership. 
We are so sorry for the exrerience that you had, and we hope we have clarified a little bit the information here. We invite you to contact us to have your account checked, and every issue sorted out. We are very committed, and we want to help you asap.

Charged after cancellation — money trapped, no refund, deceptive system

Cancelled my VIP membership before the billing date. Fabletics charged me £59.99 anyway, then converted it into "member credit" instead of refunding me.My account has since been fully deleted (November 2025), so I can't even use the credit — every time I try, the system automatically re-enrols me into VIP membership without my consent. My money is effectively held hostage behind a subscription I've already cancelled.I've tried every channel they offer:

Email — tells you to use chat or phone
Live chat (twice) — left waiting for hours until I gave up
WhatsApp — no resolution
Nothing leads anywhere. That's not an accident — it's a system designed to exhaust you into giving up.I'm now pursuing a chargeback through my bank, filing with the CMA, and raising the question of whether a formal consumer legal enquiry into Fabletics UK's billing practices is warranted.Think very carefully before signing up. Getting your money back is made deliberately, systematically impossible.

Wow. Just - wow. Not in a good way.

Great leggings. Supportive and well structured...which is more than I can say for the absolutely bamboozling "Fabletics VIP" subscription which is obviously deliberately misleading given the amount of people who had no idea they were signing up to pay £60 a MONTH....

...unless you 1) remember you have 4 specific days you can "skip the month" or 2) have the time to research how specifically you go about cancelling this subscription.

The website makes that almost impossible - but not quite. I requested a cancellation in early February and got acknowledgement that it would be cancelled in 30 days i.e. on 09 March 2026.

Rather predictably I then got charged another subscription fee on 09 March 2026 - which I queried with Fabletics and my bank and managed to get refunded - no response to my query though, obvs.

Appalling service is one thing, but causing deliberate confusion is quite another in terms of a business model. Do better please.

Great leggings but I would rather work out in the nude than deal with this company again.

On the other hand, we are very sorry that the subscription was not clear enough. We have two ways of checking out on the website, and when customers pick a VIP promotion, we make sure that they agree with our terms and conditions. We also inform them about their subscription after checkout. We are trying to be as transparent as possible, and our only goal is to provide the best possible service.

If you don't wish to become a VIP member, we do have a guest checkout for customers. The difference is that, in that case, the prices will be regular without applying the VIP promo. In any case, if you need any assistance regarding your account, you can always contact us via chat, email, or phone. We also inform our customers about the 30-day policy, where they still have the choice to skip before their account is canceled.

We will take your feedback to improve our service, and we really hope that you will give us another chance in the future and be one of our many satisfied customers.

I wish there was a star below 1 as this company deserves no stars what so ever.
Totally misleading and unclear with the “VIP Membership” and subscription. More over, when you try to cancel the membership and/ask for a refund they don’t even answer your questions, instead they try to offer you more promotions/discounts, if you agree to continue being a member. Their customer service is horrendous. Not worth buying anything from here. There are many more other brands that have better clothing and are honest to their customers. I would highly recommend that you do not use or sign up on to this website as they are very good at finding ways to take your money. Very easy for them to take money from your personal bank card but coincidentally, it’s very difficult for them to cancel your subscription on their own database. It’s ridiculous. Not worth the pain, time and hassle. Honestly, please, please avoid. I wish I never entered this website.

Do not order from here

Do not order from here! A month after I placed my order they tried to take 60 pounds from our account. Apparently thats a membership fee. I dont remember signing up for a membership so it must have been in the small print. Cancelling is possible but they shouldn't take this money jn the first place!

It’s absolutely stupid I cat use Apple…

It’s absolutely stupid I cat use Apple Pay. I put all my card details in and I had to approve in my banking app, I had to approve 8 times because it kept putting me back onto the same page on fabletics saying my order can’t be processed and I have to approve- which I had just done!!!, honestly a joke

There are two ways of shopping on our website, as a regular customer and as a VIP member (by picking a promotion). When you choose a VIP price you are informed about how the membership works both before and after confirming the order. You also receive a confirmation email after your first purchase that provides you with additional information about the VIP membership. 

As a VIP member you are not obligated to either buy or pay each month. To keep all the benefits of the VIP membership for free you simply need to log in to your profile between the 1st and the 5th of each month and click on the Skip The Month button.

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company! Didn’t receive my order and no help locating it - no refund given or replacement order and then they had the cheek to charge me £59.99 for a membership that I had cancelled!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! can’t get through to anyone.. tried email, WhatsApp and calling them.. happy to take your money but not resolve things

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. Returned items for a longer replacement and they send the exact same size again. All the hassle of printing labels for returns and having to wait on another replacement I will definitely not be ordering from here again or recommend them.

Expensive and unnecessary charges

It used to be a case of once you’ve cancelled your Fabletics membership no more money is taken and the account is cancelled. They’ve now changed it so once you’ve cancelled they send you an email and you have a 5 day period to go onto your account and “skip the month” or they charge you £60 again to catch people out and make more money. Very sneaky tactic. So if you’ve not understood the email about “skipping the month” as you would assume once cancelled it is well and truly cancelled, they take your money and refuse to refund you so you have to buy something with the credits to get your moneys worth. It should be how it used to be as this is just a ploy to get more money and catch people out. If it wasn’t for the fact the clothing is good quality I’d have given a 1* review.

I order once with(vip)order,I didn’t know what means that,from that day they charge me around 400£ for nothing,(some credit in my account)I call them and I explain that I am not happy with their items an I will not make another order,yo get my money back.she hang up the phone,
