The sweater was shipped from China. Returns also have to be shipped to China, which is both expensive and hardly feasible. Customer service does not reply at all, few weeks later, Fabio Ferrero Fashion disappeard and startet selling the same products under the label "Murenni".
Still waiting for a replacement sweater and it looks like the firms website is down. Appears the firm has gone bust. Save your money and don’t shop here. The products come from China and customer service don’t respond to questions.
