I emailed about a smeg oven and hob before purchasing and the communication was very good. I got an estimate date of arrival. The oven and hob arrived in one piece, well wrapped and no damages. I also got update of items on their location in transit .
I'd have no hesitation in ordering again from this company. Took approximately 3 weeks delivery to Ireland.
