I did not place this order nor was i aware i was signed up for a 12 month reorder. I live in costa rica with no address. Ive asked to cancel and refund immediately.
5/17/26 update in response to their response. A cancelation for future subscription does not help me. I was charged $775 for contacts and need a refund to my card immediately. I do not even live at the address the contacts were mailed to. I live in Costa Rica now literally without a mailing address! I emailed as soon as I received an email regarding the order I not place --BEFORE THEY WERE SHIPPED AND DEMAND REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

Ordering from EZContacts was so easy. I only needed to enter the information, take a picture of the prescription and upload it, confirm everything was correct, and pay. No hidden processing fees or shipping costs were added to the advertised price. I chose the free standard shipping option and received the contacts four days after. The contacts have an expiration date of 2029, so no danger of them being too old and expiring any time soon. The total price was also about $100.00 less than Costco's price for the same contacts.
Order process was easy. Cost was affordable. Processing and receipt of product was timely.

Thanks to help from Bano, I was able to alter the original order with no problem.
I am a very unhappy customer. I ordered my lenses over 10 days ago and though their delivery tracking information shows delivered, I DO NOT have the contacts. I called EZ Contacts and they said they would create a claim with delivery vendor (hired by them). Meantime I have no prescription and necessary lenses; I have to wait 5-10 days for resolution. I asked if they would at least ship one pair of lenses to hold me over until they resolve the issue and her answer was NO nothing else they can do. I've ordered before with no issues, but I WILL NEVER ORDER LENSES FROM THEM AGAIN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPASSION FOR THE REGULAR CUSTOMERS.

UPDATE: Still extremely disappointed in my experience. They are now saying that they can make an "exception" and give me store credit for my returned item instead of the refund to my card that I was promised. Oh also, no one has been in touch with me regarding any store credit. So, I'm still out $450.00. What a JOKE of a company. I've already filed a CA attorney general consumer complaint, a dispute with my card company, and if it's not resolved by the end of this week I'll be taking them to small clams court.
Extremely disappointing experience with this company’s returns process.
I returned an item using their authorized return portal, which clearly offered a refund to my original payment method. Tracking confirms the return was delivered and received on 4/27/2026.
Despite the company receiving the item, my refund was never issued. I also reached out multiple times to customer service and received no response.
At this point, I have had to escalate the issue through my bank because the company has neither processed the refund nor communicated in any meaningful way.
What makes this especially frustrating is that the return system itself represented that a refund to the original payment method would be provided, yet that outcome was not honored after the item was already returned.
I would strongly caution others to be careful when using this company’s return process, as there appears to be a disconnect between what is promised and what is actually fulfilled.
