After reviewing the order, it was canceled shortly after being placed due to a security verification concern flagged by our system. Because the order did not pass verification, it was not processed or shipped, and the payment was refunded back to the original payment method. While expedited shipping was selected at checkout, the order itself was unable to move forward due to the verification issue.
We understand how disappointing and inconvenient this was, and as a courtesy, we also provided a discount code for a future order. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the process.
Slow shipping
I’m honestly disappointed with how slow shipping has been and that I’m not going to receive my order for another week. I needed this product for a trip I am taking and it won’t be here in time.

Always a great experience
Wonderful, vast selection of products. You cannot beat the prices! I have been a returning customer for about 3 years now. I always get so excited to purchase from ezcontacts! Usually my ordered have shipped very quickly some items do take a little longer it has only happened once actually my recent order (two items have yet to ship) but I did already receive one in the mail. Keep in mind, my purchase was only 5 days ago!

What made my experience great is one word: Jose L. I had an issue with the glasses I ordered and Jose very patiently and with great care looked into the matter. He handled the problem with thoughtfulness and competence and regardless of the outcome, it was most impressive to see how he handled the situation. He is smart, courteous, understanding, and has all the qualities of a really terrific employee and should be a role model for others at EZ Contacts. My issue was ultimately resolved fairly and I will continue to be a customer in the future -- thanks to him. I hope he is recognized as one of your BEST.

You sent the wrong contacts and I had to send them back. But then had to wait 10 days for the correct ones. You made the mistake and yet I had to wait for the correct ones. I have never experienced this before with a company and I won’t purchase contacts from you again. Completely ridiculous
