Did not ship correct product.

I placed an order on Jan 25, 2026 for safety goggles. It was a specific frame: Antique (brown-orange) colored Stoggles with a rectangular lens.

23 days from the original date of order, I received a clear-colored frame with cat-eye shaped lenses. This not what I ordered. Also, I'm not sure if the prescription is correct.

My employer provides us with an annual stipend for safety goggles. I work in a fulfillment center and verify people's prescriptions for a living. Even if my order was free, this is unacceptable. I can't see the markings on the pills properly.

I can not recommend this company. There are plenty of other places that you can purchase from faster and cheaper. This was a terrible experience and I am not very happy about this.

Ambiguous return policy

Eyeweb safety's current return policy: "You can return your eyewear for exchange for any reason during the '41' days after you receive your order. We can also entertain requests for repair and replacement after this time in case of special circumstances."

I worked with customer service for two replacements, even confirming glasses that they recommended would fit and be comfortable. Unfortunately, each glasses replacement, including the one that that they recommended, were still too small. I submitted another request for replacements and was denied.

Their reasoning for denying replacements: They remade the glasses twice (odd since their policy states "exchange for any reason"). When I went to confirm their return policy, they claimed the order is over 41 days (odd since the policy states "after you receive your order," and the receipt reflects the new order details with the updated tracking showing that I just received the order.)

I interpreted replacements as a new order since you receive a new order confirmation and new order details. Eyeweb even word it as "replacement order" if you look at their returns webpage under exchanges. Yet customer service denied my replacement order request saying that the order is past 41 days, even though I just received my replacement order. The policy only states "after you receive your order." This ambiguity regarding the term "order" has resulted in conflicting interpretations of their policy and it makes it hard to recommend ordering from EyeWeb.

I had a little issue with the order of…

I had a little issue with the order of my glasses at first. But Tim and his customer support crew over there were more than helpful and they were on the issue and made sure that I received exactly what I wanted on my order. First class service and customer support and I will recommend their services to anyone I encounter needing their services. Thanks again Tim to you and your crew. You folks knocked it out of the park.
