Ordered a pair of boots from them, there's no clear communication its not coming from within the UK. Ended up paying £68 of customs charges.
They make the best to hide the fact they're no in the UK and aren't transparent at all.
Huge customs charge and long delivery time
I ordered a raincoat on 29/7/21 from the UK. Told it would take 2-3 days to dispatch, 2-3 days to deliver. The next thing was a customs charge from Parcel Force for £69.79 on 09/08/2021.
Nowhere in the buying process was it clear that custos charges were applicable.
The company responded to my email asking whether the customs charge was from them. They have not responded to further correspondence.
My request to the company is to make it clear, before payment is taken, that (expensive) customs charges are to be expected. Had I known about the charges, I would have ordered from else ware.

Do not buy from this company. Very bad customer service, products are faulty and will probobly be the cause of the next national pandemic.
Excellent customer service
I purchased a pair of boots from eXXposed in February, but decided to return them because of a manufacturing fault. My return request was accepted without a quibble. Postage and customs forms were emailed to me promptly. The parcel took months to clear customs, and then there was a hitch with the reimbursement going through PaPal, but the full repayment is now in my account. At all times eXXposed maintained excellent and clear communications, and I am more than satisfied with their customer service. Sadly, I will probably hesitate to use them again because of the problems created by Brexit, but in every other way I would highly recommend them.
Purchace made a month ago
Purchace made a month ago, after repeated chasing they advised they have lost the order, when i requested a refund, they advised i will need to wait for DHL investigation. They have no idea where the order is!!!!
I am a UK based customer
I am a UK based customer. I bought a jacket through their UK website only to then receive a hefty customs and VAT bill, which took the total cost well over what i would have paid from a UK high street retailer.
This isa German company with a UK website domain. I feel this is completely disingenuous.
I will be returning my goods as they are not what i was looking for anyway. It looks like an incredibly convoluted and expensive process. I will also hsve to somehow reclaim the vat and customs paid.
One last point - I emailed them with my order number some time ago to check where it was. My error, i gave them the wrong order number by one digit. They then sent me the name and details of another customer, without checking my order ID vs my email or anything! Madness!
My strong advice would be, if you are UK based, do not buy from this company.

Excellent service; order confirmation, dispatch and delivery emails well received and item arrived within the 3 day delivery window.
I am pleasantly surprised as I read many negative reviews on Exxposed before deciding to risk it and purchase my item from them.
I think there is a trend of buyers outside of the UK and EU (ie. the US) who have had negative experiences and ought to perhaps be wary but as a UK based buyer I have no complaints with them on this occasion.

I believe that this is a scamming site. An order placed on the webpage using their Paypal 'Button' as the chosen method did not take me to Paypal but precipitated receiving an email 'confirmation of order' with details for a direct transfer payment to a bank in Germany.
On checking, Paypal did not know anything about them.
Emails to them had no reply.. though I did receive, a couple of days later, a missed call from some other organisation in Germany... another scammer?

DONT USE THIS VENDOR!!! BEEN WAITING WEEKS FOR MY ITEM ordered in mid Nov 2020. They take your money but dont ship the items. When I inquire repeatedly, I get lies (it's in US customs fault when it hasn't even left Germany) or I get an unintelligible message about it going out "the next scan" without clarifying when that will be. No resolution weeks later. NEVER USE THEM. TOTAL SCAM WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Attention bargain-seekers and beware- this company often appears as the cheapest option for buying products in the UK but you'll be dealing with a British Leyland style of customer service from 1977. Be amazed at its ability to fob you off! Be surprised at how it will avoid replying to your emails! Be enthralled by its inability to do anything but take your money
Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful, slow customer service! I bought a coat that had to be returned as the zip was faulty (at my own cost from UK to Germany). I had no communication from them other than to say they had received the coat and had sent it back to the manufacturer. More than 2 weeks later, another coat mysteriously turned up at my doorstep even though I had requested a refund for my faulty coat, not a replacement. I have emailed to say this new coat was not wanted and to arrange to send it back and get my refund twice now, but not heard anything back.

Absolutely horrific customer service!! DO NOT shop online with this company. The parcel I returned is sitting in their local post office, because they didn't accept it when it was delivered and now they refuse to pick it up at the post office. Chasing a refund from these guys is a full time job. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR BETTER BUSINESSES!!

Ordered an item from them on 23/01/20 in the evening. DHL Shipping information with tracking info received 25/01/20 and it arrived on 28/01/20. Overall took 5 days for item to arrive.
Note that the tracking info went to my junkmail and before I realised this, I sent them an email but I did not get a response.
They are terrible
They are terrible! I ordered a MATIK from them the USPS lost package. I HV been trying to get my money back or a replacement sent. They keep saying that DHL says shipment delay. I hv sent email from USPS stating that the shipper needs to file claim. I'm so over it they are theives in my book!! Not to mention their name is misleading as it should not show US after name as it gives impression they are US based when they are not!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!
