They do not answer phone calls, do not answer e mails. Your item will never arrive. You will get automated e mails on the day of purchase and one every 8 days saying there is a delay.
Spend your money elsewhere.
I had to raise a claim with PayPal to get my money back.

Returned waterproof jacket on 17th Feb…
Returned waterproof jacket on 17th Feb 2023 for a refund via DPD courier service which was received by Exxpozed a few days later. I then waited for my refund to be processed. On 23rd March the jacket arrived back at my house stating that the tax duty had not been paid. I have since sent numerous e-mails & also requested call backs over the last 2 months. All you get is Exxpozed standard acknowledgment e-mail but no follow up. I spent 1.30hrs on the phone on 23rd May waiting my turn in the call queue. I got down to 1st in the queue only to find that they then disconnected my call! I have now finally given up. I will never purchase from them again and would advise anybody of thinking of doing the same thing to steer well clear of this company.
Non existent customer service.
I ordered a jacket early April without realising the company are based in Germany. As I was hit with a customs charge, I turned the order around. It has been back with them for 2 weeks and still no refund, I’ve contacted customer care several times and had no reply. I’d leave no stars if I could.

Placed an order on the 25th of last…
Placed an order on the 25th of last month, I received a confirmation email but nothing since then. They say that shipping to Ireland takes approximately six days but I haven't even received a shipping confirmation. I have emailed them on three occasions but they haven't bothered to respond. I have now initiated a complaint via PayPal & am requesting a refund, avoid.

Trying to save you selves a few pounds?? Then do not use this company. I got stung for £74 import costs...It was not clear from the website or at time of purchase. I now have boots far more expensive than any other outlet selling the same in the UK!!...looks like a good UK site...don't be fooled...Customer Service contact number does not exist...email, automated response....!

Was promised an update, but nothing; No follow-up email saying it’s on it’s way.
I had specified U.K. in web search. Was in a hurry. Hadn’t realised this was a German company until I started to fear I’d been scammed and looked into this firm.
As far as other reviews here on Trustpilot are concerned: It is true they don’t respond to emails (3). Plainly it is also true deliveries take a long time.
Now I’m waiting to see if it’s ALSO true I will now be hit with a huge import duty charge.
It worries me that they trade under other company names. The other I am aware of is: ‘outdoorsports24.com.’
There is no email from them in my junk folder, either, as has been suggested.
Will update when this is resolved, one way or the other, but I have a bad feeling about this.
UPDATE: They never replied to my emails.
Parcelforce presented me with an £81 customs charge (on a £230 garment). Exposed will say it is stated on their website, but it is the finest of fine print and they know it. This is, by any measure, pretty slimy behaviour and I strongly recommend that you have nothing whatsoever to do with these chancers.

Only read the poor review here after clicking order and regretted from that moment on. If you want to run a business with any intergrity start with the customer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
Unhelpful customer service
Unhelpful customer service – I was not informed the day of the delivery only that it had been shipped. At no time was I informed that I had to accept the parcel personally.
Parcel Force left a card on 20-2-23 when they tried to deliver. The Tracking Number was not recognised on their website. The card stated the delivery would be redelivered next day. When I checked eXXpozed email it stated that the delivery failed as no-one was in. As I was going to be out the next day and there was no opportunity to change the delivery day and time I placed instructions on my door to leave the parcel in the lockable box on the driveway. Parcel Force did not do this and left a card that delivery was being returned to their depot for collection. No location of the depot was put on the card or any tracking number.
I emailed eXXposed twice about non delivery but all I received was an automatic response and 14 days later I contacted them via Facebook Messenger to which they did respond.
The contract to deliver the parcel was with DHL via Parcelforce. I therefore asked eXXpozed for a refund due to the non delivery. eXXpozed responded that:-
Yes, we have a contract with DHL, but you as a customer were not to be found several times.
No postal company is obliged to place the shipment in a box.
As we have already informed you, if the item is returned to us, we will refund the amount minus the penalty postage, of course, as you did not accept the item personally.
I doubt that the delivery will be returned to eXXpozed so I am being penalised for not being at home to accept a delivery when I was not notified when it was to be delivered and had no opportunity to re-arrange. Fortunately the item ordered was of low value but I am not happy that they are not prepared to make a refund.
If I had read the poor reviews they have received I would not have ordered from them in the first place.
I suggest that they ensure in future customers are aware that delivery will need to be accepted personally/signed for. Delivery Company notifies customer of delivery date and time and correct tracking number.
Avoid awful customer experience - No contact or refund
I ordered a Toni Sailer gilet for my skiing holiday. The gilet took a couple of weeks to arrive and when it did the zip was faulty. I have contacted Exxposed on numerous occasions without a response as want to return the £300 gilet for a refund. Awful customer service and no response. Do not buy from this company a complete shambles !!
No refund
Item ordered (EU-00096735) and received in the middle of december. The size did not fit so returned and got and got the confirmationmail with creditinvoice (EX1919001) that said the refund would be issued in about 10 days. I have now been waiting two months and the refund has not yet been seen on my account.
Have been mailing Exxposed several times without success so am now trying this way throw Trustpilot and hope to get in contact with the company.

Order never arrived, the DHL tracking showed it been returned to Exxposed. After emailing to ask for a refund, I heard nothing - I then called twice (2 weeks apart) on the U.K. number on their website to ask for a refund, after the second time I got email confirmation of my refund but also with €100 deducted. I’ve emailed them again but will call them tomorrow. Very poor customer service

Placed an order on 29 Dec ‘22 & 4 weeks later still not received. Absolutely nothing from Exxposed to explain delay.
I contacted Exxposed on several occasions and had no response until 30 Jan ‘23. Goods to the UK apparently subject to additional VAT and import tax, which is not mentioned pre-purchase. The additional tax makes Exxposed products completely uneconomic to buy. To continue to advertise & market products as good value within the UK is misleading and dishonest.
Exxposed customer service is nonexistent. Do not buy from this company, all the products on their website can be bought elsewhere, where you might actually receive your order and a basic level of customer service.
