I went with Extension Plans Uk because of all the positive reviews on here. They provide the service that you need for a very decent price. Not only that but they walk you through the process and deal with a lot of the admin for you. I needed a couple of redraws on my plans though mainly because I'd forgotten something and they accomodated me for a small additional fee. All in all the service was way cheaper than getting an architect and provided exactly what I needed.

I cant fault the service we've received from Extension plans UK. During the process of drawing up plans for our loft extension they have been very good at communicating with us all the way. The initial plans were drawn up quickly and the amendments we requested were changed with no quibbles. They submitted the plans for council approval and gave us a date that a decision would likely be forthcoming. It was spot on - even though councils are now taking longer to process these decisions. They produced the construction plans within two weeks of receiving council approval and they have offered us the option of applying either to the council for building control or using the services of one of three private companies they have suggested, if we want to speed up the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Extension plans to family, friends and colleagues as they've done exactly what they said they would and in very good time.

Extension plans are dealing with two projects both involving basements, The turnaround was excellent as were all the amendments. I was kept informed at all stages of drawing the plans and submission to the council for approval.

Extention Plans UK did everything they said they would do in double quick time. We stated what we required, within 1 week a surveyor had done his site visit, and then within 2 weeks the plans were emailed over. We then adjusted a couple of things with the help of Philip via a zoom call one evening, and he resubmitted the updated plans to the council for approval. The plans were passed within 8 weeks. What an excellent service. We would not hesitate to use Extention Plans UK again.

Very impressed with Extension plans UK, I searched around with a few local architects before choosing Extension plans UK not only because they were cheeper buy because of the fast turnaround in getting back the drawings. I was able to change and tweak the plans a few times before they submitted them for approval, and they felt with the building regulation drawings and the build over application for the man hole sewer with Thames water.
All in all very satisfied with their work.
