I am getting repeated drop outs and re-connections (as evidenced by a small window saying reconnecting), that are not by either the NBN (Fiber to the house) or the Router, and I cant figure out why?

Awesome service, horrible GUI design for the client...

The service and product itself has been great ever since I started using it and for a reasonable price. Very few disruptions in service if any so very happy with that.

However I have to put 4 stars as the new ExpressVPN client GUI in Windows looks HORRIBLE. It's HUGE compared to the old one and takes up a LOT of screen realestate. ExpressVPN could make the interface much slimmer (as it was in the past) while still making all the information available. Look at the Mullvad or NordVPN client design.

Tech support was awesome in that we solved the problem.

Tech support was awesome in that we were able to solve my connection issue. (Godfrey was the tech).It was long and frustrating though. I HATE that I could not speak to a human. Surely we're paying enough to deserve that? And the app should not kill all web connectivity if it's not updated in time. That's nuts.

Very good overall program.

The program is simple, flexible and easy to use. It seems to have quite a few vpn servers in various locations and is fast. The latest version has a nice array of features including a speed test. No complaints so far.
