Kristel Exeter was absolutely amazing
Kristel Exeter was absolutely amazing. A beautiful soul, but unfortunately the people I booked with didnt mention the results takes up to 5 days to get, which doesn't help me one single bit, as I start work tomorrow. Thanks for that.

For clarity, our booking confirmation advises that results are issued within 3–5 working days. This information would have been shared at the time of booking.
The certificate can normally be issued on the day of the assessment; however, on this occasion payment had not been made, which meant this did not happen. Our Accounts Team will need to receive payment before results can be released, otherwise there may be further delays.

From turning up, to leaving the building. I was always in professional, friendly and courteous hands. Nothing was to much trouble. Offered refreshments on arrival and throughout my assesment if required. Big shout out to my assesor (Mara). A dedicated professional with warm friendly personality to match. Explained everything in detail, ensuring trust and enthusiam in how she approaches her work.
