very well.
the containers I bought are well made durable and easier to manage to get hold as I have a disability of deformity of hands.

£75 to send something to the Isle of…
£75 to send something to the Isle of Wight is simply ridiculous. We're a county of England, not an 'off shore' island. DPD and Royal Mail don't charge a premium to send things here.
It's just laziness on the part of the company to not look for a cost effective solution to send to IOW.

Pallet crate
I ordered a pallet crate online and was contacted by the company to say unfortunately it wasn't in stock. This you may think is a problem, NO not at all.
The customer service was brilliant, as my requirement was very urgent, I was talked through the alternatives and selected one. The crate arrived the next day as promised.
