We can totally sympathise and understand your disappointment, especially as you had intended this to arrive for your friend's birthday.
Unfortunately, as we mentioned before when we last chatted, we didn't receive a delivery date with this order and we contacted you via email as soon as we could to enquire what the intended delivery date might have been. We didn't hear back so we called you later to chase this, at this point it was clear you had intended this to be sent out already.
We offered you a refund, which was refused, so we packed the parcel on the day we called you and it was eventually received the following day.
We hope your friend appreciated your kind gesture regardless and we hope they thoroughly enjoyed the brownies and tea that you so kindly gifted her.

Ordering was easy once you had decided which one to select. Nicely packed. Recipient loved them, good to know as it was my first experience. Only thing was it arrived a day late but I think this was due to weather conditions in very rural area. They found her though. Will use again as I need to taste one of these myself!
