Ordered for a party and everyone commented on the quality and taste, with quite a few people asking where I'd ordered from. The cakes were a huge success, thank you.

A tiny bit disappointing. The marmalade brownie had leaked all over the box, although it tasted divine.

The peanut butter brownie was a bit dry, but was ok once I warmed it up.

Honestly prefer all the recipies I have cooked from the book which is absolutley amazing!

The brownie and the candles were top notch - DPD delivery not so much. They were unable to get a reply on the specified day (despite somebody being in). I then asked for delivery the next available day but instead “according to my request” - which I had not made - the parcel was taken to the post office for me to collect.

I recently bought the blackcurrant frangipani tray bake and it was delicious. It’s a really summery flavour and as a gluten free person who has eaten some truly awful GF cakes, this stands out as a favourite. It freezes well too. All round brilliance!

I have created a tradition using exploding bakery to send a large tray of brownies to all my friends and family who have had a baby and need some mid night snacks for survival in the early days. I always get comments on how tasty they are.

I have just bought the book, Bake It, Slice It, Eat it, and have had a serious peruse! Not made anything yet, but am an enthusiastic and experienced baker, and know good recipes when I see them. I also love the ethos of the brand. Really looking forward to trying out some recipes.
