FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! I was charged over twice the price of my flight. Even after I received the call asking if they can go forward with a charge and I explicitly said NO as I knew something was off. Extremely disappointed. Please run!

I attempted to book a flight through your site. Received an email saying they need to speak with me urgently and my reference number. I called the number and gave my reference number only to be told the flight at that price isn’t available and I must book one at TWICE THE PRICE. I explained I would need some time to discuss the options with my partner and get back to you and explicitly said I DON’T WANT TO BOOK THAT FLIGHT and for him to please allow me to assess my options and get back to him. He wasn’t taking no for an answer and consistently tried to convince me to book the flight. I left that call explicitly saying NO. Minutes later I see a charge for a flight that I did not authorize and that was twice the price I initially agreed upon paying. Furthermore I was bombarded with numerous calls demanding I now pay an additional fee of over over $150+ to access this booking of the flight I said I DO NOT WANT TO BOOK. I can’t and won’t be able to recommend this business. Simply put using my information to book a flight twice the price I thought I was paying online even after I said NO many times is fraudulent and I will be making my experience known to any and everyone that will listen.

They charged me $293 for my flight, then called to collect another $500. During the call, they refused to cancel, and quoted a $92 cancelation fee.

If I could give less than 1, I would. They are scammers. They have a 24-hour cancellation guarantee, but they are not honoring it and want to charge a $180 cancellation fee per person. After booking business class tickets, they informed me that I must pay for my personal bag and carry-on. Also, there was an additional $300 tax per person.

I had a fantastic experience with Ray. From the moment he reached out, he was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Booked a ticket, called to confirm and they said we didn't pay taxes and had to pay an additional $300USD. Emailed customer service a screenshot of the taxes being included and we heard nothing. We called back and he said it'd be $800 more. WHAT? Avoid this website at all costs. They will show low prices so that you can book but then charge you more money and if you disagree they'll just cancel your flight. Big waste of time.

Son una estafa, te cobran y luego te cambian las condiciones y te OBLIGAN a pagar mas. No te devuelven el cobro y te amenazan con penalizacion de hasta 130 usd. TERRIBLE experiencia con OCTAVIO. al final me corto el telefono y perdi mas de medio dia tratando de salir de esta Estafa.
