A great app for a complete novice to crypto
I'm a complete novice to crypto and chose Exodus at the recommendation from a YouTube instructional video. I had an issue with my name during setup and reached out to tech support. They responded immediately with unexpected concern and care for my security first. I was beyond impressed. It took no time at all to get everything straightened out and I'm good to go. I was blown away by their level of customer support. It's so rare and so welcomed.

Perfect consumer support

The best and easiest experience I've had.
I love my experience with Exodus, because of how easy it is to use, and the number of crypto the platform supports.
What blew my mind though, was the client service people. Fast reaction to respond, their curteous interaction and their tremendous help. I've rarely seen this. A huge 2 thumbs up!

Excellent customer service when you need it the most
Excellent customer service when you have a problem. Usually get back to you within the hour after you submit an email. And they keep working the problem for you, no matter how complex. They elevate the problem to the next level if they don’t have the resources to solve it. They follow up with you repeatedly and sincerely want to know if you’re still dealing with the problem.
The site itself has great optics. One improvement could be to make staking reward history more easy to find. It’s quite convoluted and non-intuitive. Other than that, I’ve been very satisfied with Exodus for the past 10 years.

I have a exodus wallet and let me tell you its so user friendly. Easy to use. Low fees. Been using it for a while now. No complaints. So many crypto options to choose from. Love it! If you want something that really works this is it!

Professional, safe and efficient
I had a problem with a deposit from a wallet of mine.
It took many emails and several days to solve the problems but it was solved and with professionalism.
What I would underline:
- Big focus on security and risk management in their approach, which resulted in a longer time to solve things but that I personally appreciate a lot, give confidence for my money with them and transactions
- All steps and actions to take were illustrated with links and videos, very pedagogical
- I dealt with three different representatives for the same problem/thread and each time someone was "new" he had read all the previous messages and I didn't have to repeat myself and there was no imprecisions

I had trouble swapping today
I had trouble swapping today. 5 - 6 attempts and I did the Refresh a couple of times and got it. Not so much today but in the past I was told "Refresh" if issues came up. I emailed Support but got the Swap done before I got a response back today. Mission accomplished!
