Wow! Just switched from TPG — activated instantly!
Super fast speeds — I checked multiple times and consistently got 400–500 Mbps. I've changed ISPs a few times over the years, but this was by far the easiest switch ever.
All I did was fill out the online form. A few seconds later, I got a message saying my service was activated. I restarted my modem, pressed the Wi-Fi button, and voilà... I was online! 😊

Kanchana was very patient in working through the various problems and solutions. Quite an amount of time was spent in getting to the heart of the issue.
Eventually, Kanchana was able to guide through resetting options which were different to previous attempts on previous days. Once we got done, we still couldn’t access websites on the laptop. It was then that Kanchana suggested trying access via Google Chrome. Success!
The eventual outcome is that we have had internet functioning in our home all day today on all our devices. That is, problem solved!

I'm on the Exetel One plan - $80 a month for 500/40Gbs. I was originally sceptical as it seemed too good to be true, but I've yet to see a speedtest score below 450 (even at peak times) and sometimes it's even higher than 500. Very satisfied customer. I'm paying less for faster speeds than my previous ISP.

After losing internet access during the night I used Exetel’s AI bot Mo via the App. Mo wasn’t able to rectify my service but provided me the offer of using a Chat session with a support agent. Aayon had my issue fixed within 30 minutes, restoring the service for me after some work at the Exetel end of my NBN connection. Awesome result Aayon.

They charge $10 for a declined payment. In my case there was plenty of money in my account and no reason it should have declined. I've been with them for 10 years and been overcharged versus other plans out there. No more!
